We had a wonderful meal and experience at Grand Tavern! The menu has a lot of classics and some newer twists on various dishes. The food is really good (especially for the cost) and we were a relatively large group of 7, so we had a number of items from the menu. To top it all off we had the best service from our waitress Mimi! She made great recommendations when we asked about various dishes and treated us like we were at a $$$$ restaurant, unused plates were removed promptly...

The food and service were good. About what you'd expect from a chain restaurant - nothing outstanding and nothing negative. The food prices were very reasonable, which would bring me back.

It was my first time having brunch at the Grand Tavern-Troy and it did not disappoint. Everything i tried was good and I got a little of everything. I went with my cousin and we're talking about having our next family gathering there.
