My friend saw this place as a new restaurant on Instagram and we love getting around to try new places when we have the time as a girl group. I was very excited to try it and the aesthetic of the restaurant totally matched our vibe from what was shown online. I will say that part definitely lived up to what we expected. The inside was very nice, clean and beautifully decorated. It sits in a small lot by itself so it may be hard to spot depending on the direction you are coming from. The wait staff was friendly and our waitress Delaney was very accommodating. The food is where we weren’t really pleased. We started with bread and although it was good the oil for the bread had so much garlic I feel bad if you are coming here on a first date or something so beware! We all pretty much ordered the Tuscan Pasta (I can’t exactly remember the name) but it was dry and we had to ask for extra sauce just to get the noodles to move around the plate. Once we got the sauce it was time for a taste and when we did we all were disappointed. It honestly had no flavor whatsoever just bland and tasteless. I figured I could take it home and sauce and season it up myself but there was no saving it. It’s a newer restaurant so maybe time is just needed to work out the kinks. Also there is a dress code but as we were leaving out there was a woman who had on shorts so short her cheeks were literally hanging out and I was appalled that this is how people dress to come there. The automatic gratuity didn’t really bother me cause severs deserve to be paid fair. I’d probably come back in the future when things are ran smoother and the food is better seasoned.

We walked in without a reservation half the booths were empty on a Wednesday so there was room to be seated they said they have a dress code which was fair so I asked to be seated at the bar and with the biggest eye roll the host agreed but clearly didn’t want us in there for a place that just opened you should probably take what you can get it not only made me feel like I didn’t want to be in there but it made my friends uncomfortable as-well I don’t leave reviews often but that was absolutely ridiculous. Also didn’t try the food but you can probably get a more respectful host at a Coney Island

I absolutely loved everything about my time at Stella!! From waking in the door and being welcomed by Alicia who was very pleasant the whole time she had served my mom and I☺️. The drinks were good and paired really nice with the Tuscan chicken I had that was beyond fresh and very filling. My mom had the lemon chicken, as she described the chicken was very juicy and tender to a T. The portion of the pasta given makes everything great, from the taste and flavor while, if need you could take it home! I will most definitely be coming here for my birthday next week and I’m super excited 😆. Can’t wait to try happy hour one day!!

Went to Stella Bar and Restaurant tonight. A friend told me about it, so I wanted to give it a try. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised — the whole experience was better than expected. Food, service, atmosphere was just amazing. Definitely recommend.
