Rarely get subway but received coupons via mail and with Lent happening I stopped for tuna subs cause of this coupon. Ordered food and gave the worker my coupon and he said it’s 13.99 I said mine says 12.99. He said not here see and pointed at picture above I posted. He saidCause it’s corporate. about 2 Minutes of explaining to this sandwich maker that no where on the coupon does it state prices may vary at select locations, I finally I got my point across. With No manager on site I was tempted to leave this location knowing this business would lose well over $1 in food wasted from me not purchasing these subs I just ordered but I decided to purchase them. it was not about the $1 It’s hard being a profitable business owner I get it. But it’s a corporate chain and u can’t change the pricing on coupons cause u want to period. Jersey mikes destroyed subway. By the way I’ve never seen a slice of meat being cut at your locations.

The sub I got was really good! The girl who made it for me was really nice and she did everything I asked for down to a T. Not to mention their cookies tasted great. 5/5

Wow, Just Wow!!I placed a delivery order through the Subway App. Subway chose the delivery company, DoorDash. I ordered 2 6" subs, 1 was a meal & the other just a set of cookies. They made 1 sub Wrong & shorted me a cookie & missed my vitamin water.The horrid experience started when I explained to the doordash driver my water was missing & he claimed it wasn't his fault. I went to my desk to eat to find my sub was prepared incorrectly & my cookie was missing. I proceeded to contact the restaurant directly. I explained the situation, the women claimed I needed to come in & get my water on my own & she would re-make my sandwich. After I already told her I had my food Delivered. Then she tried to back track saying she couldn't simply supply me a refund & I needed to contact DoorDash & since I made the order through them, they would provide me a refund. I Re-explained to her I placed the order through the Subway App. Not DoorDash. She back tracked Again & told me to simply call corporate.The next step in this horrible experience was the Subway Corporate customer service line, that would not allow me simply speak with someone & pushed me off to the website to send an e-mail to corporate oblivion.Last I did attempt to contact DoorDash to report the missing drink (as this was the only aspect were they could have truly been at fault.) DoorDash pushed me back to restaurant & made the restaurant remake my order & bring my missing water & cookie. The same women from before is verifying my food order Over The Phone (no chance for them to screw this up, right). Okay fine, I'm at least getting what I paid for.Wrong! My "replacement" order shows up & the food is Still Wrong & instead of the vitamin water I ordered they give me a dasani!!Reconsider ordering from Subway. They aren't able to accomplish the simplest of directions even given over the phone!Oh and the amount of meat that I was given was pitiful. On Both subs.

One of the worst subs I’ve gotten from Subway. It had burn marks all over it where they over toasted it. Last time to this location just not as good of service as the other local subways.

Unfortunately this location is AWFUL, the bread is old and stale, the spinach is wilted, the tomatoes are rotting, all of the veggies are not fresh, everything about this location was horrible. Do yourself a favor and Just go to a different subway☺️☺️

The customer service at this location was terrible. Made it seem as if I was bothering them. First the lady didn’t ask me if I wanted my sub tossed and made my sub work put mayo on my sub when I didn’t want it on my sub also the girl at the register was on her phone will bring up. All around bad experience.

I placed a mobile pickup order for 2 footlong subs, which was not ready at the scheduled time, and took about 20 minutes to prepare. Both subs were missing the cheese. ??

I used to always love this location but I ordered for 2 melts a ham and cheese and a meatball. They were made incorrectly and then I went to pick up my new sandwich cause they offered to remake it and that one still wasn't made correctly. They have the option for a melt and that's what I clicked, I think they need to train their employees on how to properly make the sandwich and read the instructions. I have ordered online for the exact sandwiches at other locations and never had a problem.
