This subway need change immediately Laura the manager and her son need to be stop there always rude I’m convinced it a race issue just two days ago I was here when her son beat up on a girl then Laura was very rude asked for double meat and she had a attitude when I asked then when I wan 12 cookies acted like there wasn’t any choc chip I didn’t know any manager would just act like this please find new management there making this new store terrible

Ms.Laura the Manager had a very unpleasant attitude. I place an online order in went in to pick it up as she was making my sandwich she put regular meat when I paid for the deluxe, so I tried to inform her that I paid for the delux.. Her attitude shifted and she told me no I didn't, I proceeded to show her my mobile order and she blocked it with her had....I look at her weird like what was that for she said oh I was looking at the wrong order I see it now. As she made my sandwich Ii asked her for more onions as I have selected online and she refused. I was like really, her attitude was nasty the whole time and I come to subway often as I usually have a nice experience from other staff...Ms Laura is Rude, should never treat customers this way.

The kiosk at the drive thru was not working well. Took 10 minutes to put order in - Two 6 inch subs and the foot-long cookie. Total was to be just over 20 dollars.
Pulled up to window and watched for about 15 minutes while 2 employees made 2 sandwiches. Then the gentleman walked past the drive thru window and grabbed my order ticket and proceeded to make my sandwiches. 10 more minutes of watching and thinking this place will never make it if this is usual wait time. They finished my order and the gentleman came to the window and said price was 16.51. I gave him 20.01 and he asked if a wanted to leave a gratuity.
I was a bit surprised as nobody has ever outright asked me before. It's on screens all the time, but to ask me.... I usually tip, but in this case, nobody took my order, I used a kiosk, had no special requests and I waited almost half an hour. I politely said "not this time." He replied of course not and slammed the window shut. I was floored and said excuse me. He reopened the window and said it's called respect for the person who made my sandwich. He said she had a 250 order in front of me and she moved me up so I would get food more quickly. But to go ahead and be rude and closed the window again.
I was shocked. I didn't know about any other order, and frankly would not have waited, who knows how long it would have taken if I had to wait for a large order to be completed. As I drove away I also realized I did not get the cookie but I also was not charged for it. No explanation was given to me, were they out of them, did they not have time to make it? I had no clue and by then, I did not care. I will never go back.
Food was great though.

Don’t waste your time. My jaw was on the floor when they told me the price - $39 for a footlong meatball and footlong BLT meal.

This subway has crazy pricing. It is close to double what I pay at my usual subway. I am not sure what you are paying for as the food is mediocre and the service is not friendly at all. I am not a fan of subway to begin with but $18 for a sub and chips? Never again!

Usually, I love this Subway, but the kid working tonight sucks. Not only did he give us the wrong chips, but they were crushed. Plus, the bag he passed over to me was ripped.

Drive-through and even drive through is closed when the restaurant is clearly open I don’t k what’s the point of opening subway if it doesn’t work
