Easily some of the worst Subways location in the area. Unbelievably stingy and rude. They apparently don't honor coupons here. Employees lie to you that you can't use it because the coupon does not apply to the sub you are ordering when the exclusions say otherwise. Then when you try to correct them on it, they straight up ignore you and proceed to charge you for the full amount before the discount. They also yell at you for not letting them know ahead of time that you were gonna use a coupon before placing your order (Dunno their intention for doing this). They then hand you your stuff in a non-Subway "Thank You" plastic bag, the one that you expect to see in local deli's (Is this even allowed?). Not coming back here again. Not worth your money or time.

Great subs, great service, poor location. Easily forgettable/missable position in the strip mall. Maybe a spot on corner of the strip mall and it would've been more visible from the street. If you're the owner of this subway's shop and you're reading this, I'm telling you what will get you greater exposure. And maybe asking the landlord or REIT to allot you more sign space on the pylon.Vegetarian options: Forget it. Vegans go home.Kid-friendliness: Kids are often too loud.Parking: Horrible at midday.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility exists but watch out for the crazy Michigan drivers!Dietary restrictions: Keto options are for wimps. One of the best Subways in the US in my opinion. Owners are honest, pleasant people who are meticulously attentive to our sandwich builds. The food is always fresh and if it’s slow sandwich boards are covered to help maintain freshness. The store is always clean with attention to details (baseboards) that are often forgotten overlooked in other stores. My son and I go out of our way to choose this store with other Subways close by.Kid-friendliness: Staff is almost pleasant and polite to my 9 year old often engaging him in discussion which makes him feel special.

I had a turkey 12 inch sub, when I started to eat it, something wasnt right on the sandwich, has ifone of the ingredients was bad on it, didnt know what it was, I really didnt enjoy the sandwich.Parking: It took awhile for me to find a parking spot on this location.
