Worker was very nice, however manager was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude. The manager doesn’t understand how to treat a customer the right way. I attempted to use a coupon, and the manager proceeded to scold me since I got a sub that wasn’t included, but there was nothing on the coupon against it and there was no sign in store. I ended up getting charged $2 extra for double cheese which i did not ask for, and i was extremely tempted to walk out of the store. I strongly advise against eating at this subway.

Crispy Chicken

Worker had to apologize for very rude management who yelled at me and my friend, and accused my friend of ordering double cheese (he didn’t). Said he couldn’t use a coupon for specific sandwiches (he was making a build your own) Very irritating experience, tempted to walk out of the establishment. Do not come here if you value service. If there was an option to give this place a 0/5 stars, I would use it.

I just ordered a chicken and cheese footlong dipper and I thought I heard the two workers discussing how there was no chicken on my footlong dipper, but it didn't matter.

Well, there was no chicken on my dipper.

Went here at 10am sign said open and hours on door said they open at 10 yet the doors were locked together so you could only partially open them but not enough to get through and the chime went off signaling a customer has arrived. Yet no one come out for the back or was behind the counter. We waited 5-10 min pulling to door to chime several times and still no one. Terrible service. Will not come back.

The poorest customer service experience I ever have had at a Subway restaurant in a long time. It seems like the lady employee who was working at the time of my order didn’t want to be there at all. So disappointing.

I have been a loyal Subway customer since I was 9 years old, but today’s experience at your [location] was absolutely appalling. The employee who served me displayed the worst attitude I have ever encountered. She was incredibly mean and dismissive, acting as if she was making the sandwich for herself rather than for me. She ignored my requests and tried to put on my sandwich whatever she wanted, disregarding my preferences entirely. Her rude behavior and lack of basic customer service skills were shocking and unacceptable. I ended up leaving without eating because of her terrible attitude. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to ensure that no other customer has to endure such a negative experience.

She was positive, friendly, and nice.
We had an excellent experience and will definitely go back!

Woman at counter was eh she did a lot of mansplaining even tho she was a woman, food was mid would not go back but it’s subway so I can’t complain too much, Blackson makes better subs on woodward

Stood at front counter for 10 minutes before I yelled to the back for someone to help me. Was told to wait, waited another 3 minutes or so for employee to come up. Older black lady, no name tag, headphone over both ears just stares at me. No greeting no nothing. So I place my order, she asked me to say it again cause you know headphones are on. I repeat it again. She starts to make it, I ask no green peppers and she completely ignores me and puts them on anyways. I’m allergic to them but what ever I will pci them off and I won’t eat them. We get to condiments and I noticed the green peppers are embedded in a mountain of cheese, fantastic now it’s not edible. Look up to the employee again no words just staring me down as if I’m a problem for her. Intimidated from her expression I paid for a meal I can’t and won’t eat. Subway can upgrade to fresh what ever but with employees like this everyone will always prefer jersey mikes. Won’t be coming to this location again even if it’s the last one open. Could have made a bologna sandwich at home and been happier.
