I was overcharged for my meal, received poor service, and the employee would not work with me in terms of a refund.

The store manager (I think) has the worst attitude and she is so stingy with the toppings. I ordered a double meat sub with extra everything and got a tiny empty sandwich. As usual she started trying to argue when I complained. I work at the neighboring company on this complex. My coworkers despise her too. And when she wears her giant leopard print leggings, you are in for even more rudeness. I guess they make her feel like Long of the jungle. It's a shame me and my coworkers have to go to Walmart subway instead of going next door.

Veggie is very fresh looking and tasty. Great experience I actually ordered an extra sandwhich for tomorrow's lunch. Staff was very funny and helpful.

I went to this subway location and there’s a women who wears 2 braids very irate very rude and nasty I took my food back because she left it in the over too long I asked for a remake she stayed to me that she wasn’t going to toast it at all or it will get crunchy again after I asked for her to pull it out early she proceed to tell me she not going to remake it after not only I dealt with poor service and spent my break and hard earn money for her to be nasty then on top of that she is sitting here being rude to her trainee and that’s why my sandwich was wrong she did t say sorry nor cared then asked me did u want a refund asked for the chip and pop back as if she didn’t already ruin everything she wasn’t even trying to help the other young lady and everyone is complaining about her also she decided to argue with me in front of customers after I explained for her to stop and continue helping them very unprofessional and I will be going even higher with this matter she doesn’t deserve to be customer facing with that attitude

Never seen anything like this Philly steak sandwich that I ordered. Basically it was all bread and very little meat. I was going to take a picture of it and show them, but I decided not to because if they don’t see this when making a sandwich then what’s the point. Also, I asked for a cup of water because I don’t drink pop and apparently they don’t do that at this location either. Not coming back

Placed an online order for a veggie sub, half hour later entered location to be told they didn’t have that order and it must be the one further down the road INSIDE a Walmart. Got back in the car, drive to Walmart ( took forever to find parking ) went inside to be told they didn’t have my order either. Went back to my car and looked up my debit banking information it listed the store number 33294, I called the location spoke to two individuals ( one was a man of color, very nice). The other guy said it wasn’t them, I parked again, went inside where I noticed my order sitting on the counter with my name on it. I said “ what the heck my order has been here all this time?” The other man said a rude comment to me, I didn’t engage in a battle, simply grabbed my paid for and ordered sandwich and left. So unprofessional and an appalling experience at this location. How extremely rude and wasted all of my time going back and forth. Shame on you!
Left another subway in walmart to come eat at this location. Such a difference in quality and cleanliness than the subway in walmart. Service was fast and friendly. Quality sandwhich.
Food is fresh and good at this location! However more expensive than other locations. You can save about $5 per sub driving the extra mile.
Today, I visited this Subway location with the intention of ordering a Subway Club wrap, which I saw listed on the menu. When it was my turn, a middle-aged white woman with dark hair, a heavy-set build, and wearing a black shirt took my order. I told her I wanted the Subway Club wrap, and she immediately responded in a rude and dismissive tone, saying, “We don’t offer wraps.” When I pointed out that it was on the menu, she snapped back saying, “You can’t get the club in a wrap, you can get it on flatbread.”
Her tone was unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional, especially in front of other customers. I tried to de-escalate by asking if everything was alright, and to my shock, she told me to get out of the store. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. She was visibly friendlier and polite to the white customers before and after me, treating them with smiles and courtesy, which made the contrast in her behavior towards me even more hurtful.
As someone who lives in the area and visits this location regularly, this was the first time I encountered her—and I’ve never been treated this poorly. I do not drive, so I waited in the lobby for my Uber. While I was quietly waiting, she continued to yell at me from behind the counter, threatening to call the police if I didn’t leave.
This behavior was completely unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. I was denied service without cause and treated in a discriminatory manner. I hope that management takes this complaint seriously. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially a loyal one.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope steps are taken to ensure no one else experiences this kind of treatment.

The guy serving me couldn't fold the paper...he was dripping sandwich juice everywhere. His co worker or supervisor had to clean the knife off because he was going to cut my sandwich with what ever he left on it...he rang me up for chips and I had cookies...the hold is still on my card after she said the money goes back immediately

God was here recently & place has the same ğreat subway quality as everywhere. The staff member was super nice & pröfessiönal. God purchase4 a steak n cheese (current favörite subway sub). - God
