If I could rate this a 0 stars I would. We have come to get food here many times and those many times there was always a sign saying be right back in 10 minutes but they never come back . We have waited more then 20 minutes no one there, they lost like 6 customers during the 20 minutes we waited. service is horrible here and the 1 or 2 times the lady here would be very very rude.

On several occasions, I visited this location and there is always a sign saying "be back in 10 minutes". Seems like they're always on break or maybe I just have bad timing. Smh.

Very disappointed. I am a regular at Subway restaurants, and generally have good experiences and appreciate their offerings and staff. Sadly, this store prompted me to weigh in negatively. I used the app to place an order. Upon getting to the location, I discovered a "Be right back" sign taped to the register. It had 10 minutes written in, *but* no indication of when the sign was left. It also looked like the sign had been used repeatedly. What's worse is after being there 20 minutes, there was no sign of anyone and no sandwich. I got food from the shop next to them. Sadly, the saga gets worse... since I'd used the app, I was being charged for food I didn't get. Even after multiple calls and emails (and a complaint through the app), this Subway would not refund my purchase. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge through my credit card, which finally worked. Advice: 1. Avoid THIS Subway 2. Don't order through the app and expect to pickup your food

Just got a soda and chips from here but the workers seemed nice and the line seemed clean from what I could tell while walking by it.

Very bad customer service first they meatballs for my meat ball sub sub the woman acted while taking my order and grew agitated while I was choosing my choices and them I get home eating the sandwich and I get dam hair in my food would never back don’t go here.

I visited two weeks ago. Their toaster was not working. A week ago the cashier left a be back in 10 minutes sign at the register. I waited for over 30 minutes and decided to eat elsewhere. I love subway when I can order.

They had a sign that said they will be back in 10 minutes, we waited for 30 minutes and left. This is the second time this has happened. Whomever manages this place, they should close it.

Waited 20 minutes n no one was there. The music was soooo loud in the back they didn't hear anyone yell "excuse me" n then when the lady came she had a rude attitude saying she doesn't have to wait all day in the front for one person to show up

Well 3 days ago the CDC and the govener said that anyone fully vaccinated did not have tobwearba mask in most places and the mall has a sign on there doors that says fully vaccinated peopke dont have to wear a mask before posting reviews youbshould watch the news
