I’ve been a long time lover of sweetgreen (at least 10+ years due to my time living on the East coast). I often recommend sweetgreen to those looking for a quick, nutrient dense meal. I have never been so disappointed after eating sweetgreen. I would not recommend this location. I got my usual, crispy rice bowl. I noticed the blackened chicken looked different and noted this to worker. I was told this is normal and how it’s always prepared. The chicken was completely bland and rubbery. My bowl was also half empty and overall the taste was lackluster.

I come to this location often, never any issues. I went in earlier today and received great service . I forgot her name , i think it was Shirley ( white female, braces, she told me she is in her 50s). She was such a vibe and genuine . She really brightened my day by just being herself

Agree with others impressions... unfriendly staff...so I walked out.. first time in a Sweet greens.. staff disinterested in even introducing this new restaurant to customers....Edit: the cut and paste responses from the owner are disingenuous and shows no real interest in fixing the staff problems at this location...GO ELSEWHERE

Got diarrhea eating mediocre food that looked like it had been slapped together with all the finesse of a short-circuiting robot. Legally shouldn't be allowed to charge even half the price they do for food here considering the simplicity and taste

I like the food here but they keep forgetting to add our protein to the salad. They do eventually refund our money which is good but hopefully things get better. It’s nice to have a healthier place to go to!

I came here on lunch, and three men were working in the back, and they were all yelling at each other...the customers could see and hear everything because they were yelling so loud...the scary part was, was that one of the employees was cutting lettuce and was using a large knife. And waving it around as he talked. The knife, mixed with the yelling and anger...was quite terrifying. It was hard to know what was going to happen next...this went on for a good half hour-1hr SO UNPROFESSIONAL! You are grown adults. ACT LIKE IT! Also, pull up your pants. It's disgusting.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location lately but the customer service is going downhill to having lazy employees. Didn’t even say hello to me when I walked in or asked what I wanted - the employee preparing my food just stared at me waiting for me to talk. Once I paid the employee just walked away from the register without saying anything. I don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while.

Troy is the Worst Sweet Green to go to. They always add extra cost at the register. My cost was five dollars higher than the same salad placed online but much smaller. They look at you like you’re the problem. Bye Felicia! Would not recommend! Drive to Birmingham.

Such a Great Place !! Very Friendly people with great food !! A Healthy and Happy place. Food is fresh and good and the place is clean ! I went to the one on Hall Road and I am definitely coming back this is now my go to place whenever I want something not greasy and healthy clean food.

Pretty good. I think it’s a lil overpriced, but it was a large enough portion to be split into two meals. So if you think about it that way, it’s a better deal. I like that they have vegan protein options! Defo get some sweet potato

If I could give this place a “0” rating, I would. Ordered the hot honey chicken bowl via door dash. The first time was when this place first opened and it was amazing. The 2nd and 3rd time were horrible. Bug in my food and then hard rice and hair the 3rd time. I will never go back.

I ordered a crispy rice bowl via DoorDash. Right when I opened the bowl, there was a bug inside! The amount of times I’ve ordered from this location and this has never happened to me. Management really needs to speak to their team and follow precautions when it comes to working with food. This is absolutely disgusting.
