Two strikes you are out. A week ago, I ordered a Carmelized Garlic Steak protein plate - when received from Grubhub there was no steak. I paid over $20 for some rice, broccoli, and sweet potatoes. Today, I gave it another try and ordered a Hot Honey Chicken Protein Bowl. Guess what? No chicken or crispy onions. Again, more than $20 for some quinoa, veg slaw and goat cheese. No one will answer the phone at the store. Grubhub refunded the order, but SweetGreen staff needs to get it together. SweetGreen Zero stars / GrubHub five stars.

Ordered a grubhub order. First time customer and will never come here. Literally the most gnarly chicken I’ve ever had before. Chunks of fat, a very disgusting gray color. Absolutely disgusting. Will never ever come here again stay away from here. I hope the health department checks them out I mean that is not chicken - absolutely horrible .

Sweetgreen is my favorite but this location isn’t. Every time they give me dressings on the side they’re only half filled up compared to every other location that fills them. Some employees make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. I would tip better if they were nice.

Went yesterday for lunch and bought an elote bowl from the summer special menu. How disappointed I was with my bowl with no elote at all! The lady making it kept squinting at the ingredient list, pretty sure she had no clue what went in it . So disappointed. Other times have loved it but seems hit or miss lately.

I don't recommend visiting this place. Workers are lazy to close lids on your bowl, they don't inform you about the bread. I am disappointed about my visit.

The ripple fries were excellent and healthy (fried in avacado oil). The bowl was excellent and healthy as well!!
The food is good. Problem is they are usually out of stuff at the beginning of prime hours. They had a Korean bbq steak ad outside but were out at 5pm. Also out of water cups, so unless you want to buy an overpriced can drink, you are out of luck. Seems that the staff is overworked and mistreated.
