Tragic. Black beans were ice cold. Had to spit them out. Rude server would've rather been on her phone than helping the line of ppl. Sw chicken fajita was ok. Cilantro vinegarette is amazing.

I have not had a bad dish. This food is a favorite at the office I work at. If we could eat it everyday, we would! The hot honey chicken is my favorite dish. The sweet potatoes are incredibly tasty. The chicken avocado ranch salad ice bowl is also very good. It's perfect for lunch and you don't feel heavy afterwards.

live, laugh, love sweetgreen. came here yesterday to get some work done and study and it was great! i got the crispy rice bowl and it was so filling and yummy!! music was a little loud, and i could hear through my headphones--but besides that i wouldnt change a thing!

I’m giving this location 1 star strictly because of Dalton. I love sweetgreen and come very often on my lunch break, but every time he makes my bowl, he has an attitude! The first couple of times I gave grace, but he seems to never have a good day or good attitude about working here. He throws my bowls together carelessly and gives the tiniest portion sizes compared to his colleagues. He also got visibly upset one day because I asked him to change his gloves after he cashed someone out then returned to the serving station. That’s just unsanitary and rude. Please help him improve on the customer service.

I’ve been here many times and most days are good. I went recently and ordered food at 7 pm. I asked for tofu and was given three pieces and asked for more. She heard me. Then she asked how many dressings I wanted I said No I’m dining in house (she didn’t hear me) and gave me two. Then I asked for bread was completely ignored because she had EAR BUDS THE WHOLE TIME SHE SERVED ME. Can you imagine if we wore ear buds in other areas of work? Like a hospital where I work. I loved this place until that experience. This is terrible for customers and bad work ethic ANYWHERE. Take your damn ear buds out at work it’s rude and concerning.

Marcell and Meech were awesome! This was my first time here on a work trip and the avacado chicken salad was ? I wish we had this place in NC.
I'm fuming right now the girl that waited on me was so unfriendly felt like she was rushing me. I ended up with an $18 salad not including tip the wrong sweet potatoes on it which I'm sure cost me extra she didn't even speak to me hardly I asked if she had a different balsamic vinaigrette she said no just balsamic, which the sign said balsamic vinaigrette then when you go to cash out, I don't know how to exit without giving a tip so the button I picked gave a tip she didn't say thank you I got no receipt. My rewards didn't load I will never visit this location again.

The food was fresh when I get there I get the build your own bowl and the have many options of greens and proteins I get chicken and sweet potato it's always quiet I'd take a phone call here the workers are always calm and nice here as well

New favorite salad place in Troy! Not sure how I had not idea this place existed but definitely will be a regular! All of the many salad options are delicious and they give such huge portions!! Love it!

This place is amazing. I was googling healthy food near me this place popped up. Never been to a place where they make fresh/real food on the go! And at a nice price point for what you get. The staff were nice and the atmosphere was cool. A must try.
