It was clean, the service was good, they were very friendly. The drinks were GREAT? but the food quality was very mediocre and disappointing especially for New Year's Eve!!! Can't say we will be back.?

I was looking forward to the Jack Daniels chicken and mashed potatoes. The chicken had fat all through it. The waitress was nice but did not get our orders right and she appeared to be the only one there. On a positive note the potato were very good

Very rude. We, a couple of color, waited forever by the empty hostess station, to be seated. Then a white couple came in and was seated right away, by a server with long gray hair, who came up to the front to greet them immediately. Upon seeing us he chose to ignore us and proceeded to take their drink order. We continued to wait, and just stood there in disbelief. A manager finally came to the hostess station and we told him what happened and then just walked out, in disgust, since he offered no apology.

Worst restraint to go to. The service is horrible and needs improvement. Me and my family went and had to wait over 25 minutes for just a drink. When we simply and politely asked why, the bartender started trying to fight and also scream. The manager barley did anything about it. He screamed in front of young children. I wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is horrible and needs improving.

Went to Friday's on 11/2/19, with a party of 20 for my sister in laws birthday, got there at 6pm we were seated about 6:15pm, we had one waitress tending to us. Our order was taken by about 6:45pm, we didn't receive our drinks till about 7:15 and I'm not talking about drinks from the bar I'm talking about water and or soft drinks, around 8pm food started coming out of the kitchen piece by piece if some ordered ribs with fries and mac and cheese they only got the ribs and then maybe 15 mins later received their mac and cheese but still never received their fries, other got wings and fries, got their wings at 8pm by 9 still hadn't received their fries!! By 9pm half the table had eaten other half of the table still hadn't received all their food as people were already leaving!! Worst experience I had ever had at a restaurant! Don't get me wrong I realize there was a lot of people but come on the only thing they made sure happened was when we first walked in was to make sure they told us because of the size of our party there would be an 18% gratuity added to our bill and we definitely did not receive the service warranted for an 18% gratuity, half the people never even received all of their food!!

We just discovered five dollar specials on certain days of the week and wow is it well worth it! October drink specials with pumpkin spice sangria was so good! I had two of them!
Had a pleasant experience here last night I sat at the bar I had them turn it to the Pistons game and the service was very good and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for the five dollar chicken sandwich and fries.

If there's little alternative and it's late night. Our greeter started with a list of things we COULD NOT order because they were closing in two hours. No silverware. My husband had to get up from the table to find the waitress because I couldn't eat my entree without it. Husband's chicken tenders were overcooked but he just let it go because service had already been lackluster.

There were no servers there when we got there which was 5:30 PM. The manager seemed like it was a hassle since he had to sit us and take our order. Once our waitress actually showed up she smelt like weed. Then she kept asking coming back to ask about our order. The mozzarella sticks were rubbery. The boneless chicken wasn't bad. Dont waste your money here, just go buy the food at the store. The service was terrible, the atmosphere was terrible. Unless you like to listen to your servers cuss and yell at the back then hey this is for you. Wont be going back that's for sure.

Stopped here for a night cap due to it being connected to the hotel we were staying at and decided to get some appetizers. We ended up having 3 different waiters/waitresses that combined couldn't get the job done. They didn't know the drinks we ordered, water and pop was never refilled and the silverware that we requested when we arrived came out after the food was almost gone.
