Ordered the classic grilled chicken club sandwich on sundried tomato bagel. It was basically inedible. I threw my $8 sandwich in the trash after two attempted bites. The chicken was cold and so rubbery that I couldn't tear a bite out of it. The bagels are kinda small and mine didn't taste any better than a cheap bagel from Aldi. I've never been served such a bad sandwich for $8.

Never been to this store before. It's near to where I work. Went in about 10 minutes before noon to get lunch and half a dozen bagels. There were 6 bagels left in the whole store! Nice job! I won't be coming back!

Cute cafe, great variety of bagels and cream cheese flavors. Reasonably priced. Self serve coffee station near the back with a decent selection of flavors to choose from. Minus one star only because my coffee was lukewarm at best.

This is a review using GrubHub only. They didn't even have their app on, so when My driver arrived, they just turned him around, wasting his time, and refunding my order, which takes 5 days. If you don't want to take GrubHub orders, don't be on GrubHub.

There were three woman working, cafe was empty, and it still took them 15 minutes to serve me this. They should be embarrassed that they felt comfortable serving something like this to a customer. Sloppiness and carelessness on full display here. First and last time visiting.

I’m a frequent guest here. Mom n’ pop style restaurant open for breakfast and lunch only. Food is high quality, tons of sandwiches + extras like yogurt, bananas, donuts. Healthy if you make it so (carrots are a sandwich side option), and reasonably priced.

This is my favorite place of all time to stop pert near every morning for coffee and a bagel. Most mornings I'm not even in the door and they already have my order going. Everyone working there is always doing over and above and they're the nicest people you could ever meet.

Incredibly friendly, happy staff and amazing food! I've been working in the building nearby for over a year and recently stopped in. Very glad I did!

I stopped this morning for a Lox bagel. It was $9.53 just for one sandwich (incl tax). Even worse, the slice of tomato was the first slice from the stem end so it had an unedible knot in the middle, all 6 supersize capers were all in one bite and the chips of Lox could not have been over an ounce total. The only thing that was plentiful was the obnoxiously sharp red onion I had to remove and discard with the tomato.Just like all the other fast food joints, they are trying to stay open by raising prices, cutting the portions and selling stuff even if its not fresh. To the owner, this review is for customers and it does not require a response. You already had your last $9.53 chance to "fix it".

Anytime I’m in there, the bagels are always fresh and hot, the service is always great, and no matter what I come in for they are never out of. I love this place!

We were looking for some sandwiches and stumbled on this gem as we were thinking we’d have to settle for Jimmy John’s (solid, but available everywhere). Huge choice of sandwiches, breads and bagels. Sandwiches were fresh and delicious and they were more than willing to make some minor substitutions (Mayo instead of Balsamic). Sandwiches came with baby carrots or potato salad. Potato salad is mustard forward and delicious! Soup of the day was chicken tortilla which was good, but needed more tortilla. Overall, great choice for lunch!

Unfortunately every time I come they are not even open even though it says they should be. They always have a sign posted apologizing but their hours of operation are not accurate online and I have given them to many changes... if your never open people will find somewhere else to go.

8:00am on a Wednesday getting bagels. This wasn't very busy, as some tables were already full. No idea where the Starbucks neighbouring it went. Despite that, the strawberry and banana smoothie was refreshing and the croissants are usually best warm. If you are new to here, I'd suggest starting with a warmed plain bagel with cream cheese. Thank you for a fresh start to the day!

Please please please make more Swiss cheese bagels why in the world would you only make a few of these. It’s infuriating that they are always gone, if they are that popular why not make more for Pete’s sake! Literally the only thing worth going in here for
