Seriously the worst place ever, the food sucked the staff did not then look at me when I walked in so I was just standing there confused waiting for someone to direct me. On top of the food being terrible the prices are outrageous I paid about 13 dollars for a Tiny cup of soup and a salad. The soup was like water with floating shreds of broccoli. Gross. I will never go back.

Definitely was craving a salad and would have loved to try something new.... not sure who the guy was that took our order but he was definitely rude and needs to learn customer service skills.... what to get you folks is not a way to open a sentence to customers. If someone says hello, say hello back, it’s just manners. And manners when dealing with food goes a long way.... you can really ruin the taste with bad customer service....anywho just decided I wasn’t going to pay $25 for rude customer service and a salad maker with dirty gloves on( he had to touch my avocado).

I got a sandwich from this place, payed nearly 10 dollars for it, and it consisted of stale bread, salami, ham, and banana pepper. No cheese, sauce, onion, or nothing. I could have bought a gas station sandwich and would have been way more satisfied. The Big Salad is big garbage.

I enjoy The Big Salad. However the Troy location was terrible....... I will never go here again. I usually go the the Grosse Pointe location, which is terrific !!! Troy was not friendly i experienced the employee take off her gloves to make salad as they were too big. The employees here didnt seem to know the menu at all. Just a horrible experience.

got curbside with my little shiba today...service was 10/10!!! Whoever the guy was that took my order, he’s the best! Brought water for my dog and got my order out super quick. Love this place but I was especially impressed by his service.

My salad was great because I tailor made it. However, the bread for my sandwich was stale. Broccoli and cheese soup was not homemade. Clearly unseasoned and out of a bag. Customer service was great. If you want a salad bar feel this was good. The chocolate chip cookies were awesome!

One word. NO! Do not eat here, don't waste your money or your time. My coworker placed a phone order for an office lunch and it was SUPPOSED to be ready at 11:30am. We arrived at 11:45am and they hadn't even started our order yet! So now we have to wait for the staff to start building 8 lunches. The salad is SMALL and looks like mainly a bunch of lettuce tossed into a container. I was supposed to have no egg and add avocado. I've got egg and no avocado. My salad looks like a sorry salad of lettuce and a couple things tossed on top. I have never been here before but I can safely say I will never return. The cost is not worth it, don't waste your time.
