My friend and I dined in for the Wine and Wagu pairing. We had a reservation and was seated right away. The staff was nice and welcoming, our server Anthony was the same. He was patient and answered all of our questions in addition to giving us suggestions. I ordered the Grille’s Wagu Cheeseburger and my friend ordered the Wagu Mushroom and Swiss burger. My burger was delicious. The bun was airy and soft and the burger was cooked just right and juicy. It came with fresh hot fries. We enjoyed our won’t too, we both had the Zinfandel blend. It was a great deal too! One glad of wine is $30 but the pairing was $38. I believe this promo runs through mid April. I would definitely go back to Capital Grilled for their specials and regular menu, everything was fabulous

We went here for a nice night out amd from the moment you walk in you're treated like VIP. Our server Chris had great energy,knew the menu, and made great recommendations based off of our preferences. My steak medium steak came out more well done I let Chris know amd the way that he and his manager got to work to ensure that I got another steak and fresh sides to go with it was phenomenal. It really wasn't that big of deal to me, but it was that big of deal to them and I really appreciated theit urgency and professionalism. Get dressed up and come vist Chris at Captial Grille you will not be disappointed!

First time I've been back since the fire and to be honest a little disappointed in the food. While it was cooked as requested it just didn't seem to have any real flavor. We came here a few times a year prior and the food was always well worth the visit. Now I think we'd try elsewhere next time.
On Friday, February 6, we went to Capitol Grille. It has been our “Go to” restaurant for birthdays and anniversaries for many years, except the disappointment of our absence during the repairs caused by the fire. The food is excellent, the service superb. This time, however, we went to celebrate a very special event. We had no intention of disclosing the purpose, except to tell them it was a very special event. The hostess that seated us, got my wife to disclose the event.
Before we knew it, the Manager, Eric, came to our table, expressing congratulations, etc. Several others, some we knew, and others we did not, also came to our table to express their congratulations. Eric then returned a second time, with more kind words.
What we learned during this visit, Capitol Grille is not only about great food, and great service, it is about the people, very special people who made this visit extraordinary.
