The Hudson Cafe is a great spot for breakfast with a family-friendly atmosphere. The chicken and waffles, triple triple omelet, and cornbeef hash were all fresh and delicious. The service is excellent, with Jazzie being wonderful. The salmon croquettes and shrimp and grits were delish, and the ambiance is top-notch. A must-visit spot!
