We came here for a birthday celebration and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
• Even after clearly stating we had a party of 6, including two disabled guests, we were crammed into a four-top. Meanwhile, smaller parties with no reservation were seated at larger, more comfortable tables.
• The food was overpriced and under-seasoned and definitely did not match the hype.

Today, I had the pleasure of celebrating my dad's birthday with my family at Hudson Cafe in Northville. It was a joyful gathering, filled with love and laughter. My wife and I ate breakfast at the cafe this morning. I would say I tolerate a "normal" amount of salt on my food while my wife will typically put 2-4 times as much salt on her food as I do (the entire family jokes/teases her about how much salt she uses). This morning she ordered huevos rancheros and it was too salty to eat. She nibbled around the edges and eventually got enough to hold her.
