Great place to go. I enjoyed my experience. You can make reservations and they seat you. The food comes out fast and delicious.

We went out to brunch post thanksgiving. Reservations were easy to make. Of note they do not sit the party until all parties are there. We had chicken and red velvet waffle, traditional breakfast with eggs ham & grits, French toast! All amazing. The huevos rancheros were okay. The cocktails were amazing!

Both items purchased were way, way below expectations. Parts were inedible. Very disappointed from finding a parking space to decibel level so high that a normal conversation was impossible, erratic service (twice we had servers trying to give us food that wasn't ours), to the actual food.if they are trying to succeed on the connection to Hudson's , they have missed the mark - at least for these two diners.

This was my first time at your establishment today. I was very pleased with everything. The ambience of your restaurant was nice. The food was great!!! I tried something different, normally not for breakfast when you initially first think about it. I had your Thanksgiving Omelette, with sweet and savory taste. It was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Great atmosphere. Food was very good and plentiful. Good spot to conduct a meeting or to just sit and relax. Thanks Tom Teknos for creating these locations. Father John and I had a productive meeting.

Be there at 1 PM. The restaurant closed at three at 2:15. They were stacking all the tables around us running the vacuum putting all the food away and dishes away did not ask us if we needed anything else and this was a business meeting. I will not return to this restaurant.

Tables are so close to each other that it's hard for a conversation to be private. It was at noon so I imagine that's why it was so crowded.

Its a small space but nice. I came here for brunch with my cousin and friend to celebrate my birthday weekend. The food was delicious and definitely would order from here again. Side note, one of the hostesses didn't have the most pleasant attitude but other than that the lady who served us was very nice. I recommend the chicken and waffles which I ordered to go.

Firstly the elderly lady kept staring at me the entire time i was there until i asked for my bill. I noticed her presence bc I felt her staring at me & sure enough as when you feel someone staring at you & look up there she was!!! I am a frequent breakfast connoisseur & I have my faves. However I decided to try this establishment today just out of curiosity! I could've went with my first mind and patronized one of my favorite places with seasoned chicken & better waffles. My chicken was very bland & overall the lady staring at me & the waitresses walking back & forth I guess bc they assumed I would walk out ensures I'll never patronize this establishment again. I'm a big advocate of people judging others & it's disgusting so no I won't be leaving a tip especially since I didn't even finish my food bc I didn't care for it & the waitress didn't care if I cared for it, she was just more concerned about a tip she will not receive from me! I pay for good quality food & this wasn't it!
Update: I was approached by a manger I'm assuming that read the room & corrected the issue! That I did appreciate! I have a rule that once a restaurant destroys lol my food, I choose to wait about a month it however long it takes for my mood to change to go back! It's due to working in restaurant, bar environments & knowing the kind of talk that goes on in the back! I'd rather tempers cool off first before I attempt another order.

Great bartender. Great chair at the bar. If your tall like me you will enjoy its comfort ant for the hour. Food in which case I got the Mexican omelette two days in a row. Very good…plenty of it! Just a little spicy.

The atmosphere is so lively. The food was amazing and everything came out as expected. The staff are very attentive and when I tell you this place has the best brunch, THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST BRUNCH. I made a reservation and was seated almost immediately. The one downfall is that there isn’t a lot of parking. Therefore I had to park across the street and walk. However, Hudson Cafe exceeded my expectations and the management team came by and checked on me multiple times! I will be returning.
