My wife and I ate breakfast at the cafe this morning. I would say I tolerate a "normal" amount of salt on my food while my wife will typically put 2-4 times as much salt on her food as I do (the entire family jokes/teases her about how much salt she uses). Amazing service and food! Their meals are a few notches above another favorite’s (a chain restaurant). Hudson Cafe’s omelettes have a gourmet preparation and presentation. Food arrived quickly during off-peak hours. Some cannot get it together even during off-peak times.
