Cheese fondue and chocolate fondue were missing items or “dippers” comparatively to photos from other reviews and the entire “entree” course is a scammery of a traditional hot pot. No I do not enjoy boiled meats that I have to cook for myself and frankly I feel bad for the animals who have given their lives to be disgraced in such a manner. Their “dippers” consist of morcels probably all taken from grocery store perishables and nothing is actually made in house. The white chocolate yin and yang fondue (picture attached) was likely coconut oil (I hope) translucent white liquids can be deceiving. And to cap it all off it was $200 USD After tip for just me and my girlfriend. GO TO FOGO DE CHAO.

I chose this place because I wanted to celebrate my anniversary and I feel like I made the perfect choice.I absolutely loved dining here! highly recommended and customer service is top notch. we chose the four course option and by the time the dessert came i was full and happy. i will be returning again!

Very Nice! My husband and I went for our wedding weekend dinner. We were given a super private dinner table all alone w rose petals and candles. Service was excellent...food was very good. Not the best, but it's more for the experience than the food, and we enjoyed it very much!

Very good experience all around with the visit my girlfriend and I had. The food and service was good and our waiter Gage was very friendly and helpful with navigating the menu. The food was good but I will say that you should really spend the time to figure out what you want. The menu can be kind of confusing. We ended up going with the 4 course meal and it was really good. This was a special occasion for the two of us so time wasn't a factor however if it is for some than consider that as well. We were there for about 2.5 hours to get through our whole 4 course meal.

My wife and I have been to this location in the past. This time the service was substandard. The first table where we were seated had a burner that didn’t turn on. The employee that arrived asked me to plug it in. It was but they didn’t seem to understand that. Despite my telling them multiple times they kept poking at the burner’s on button as if that was going to make a difference. He seemed complete baffled by the situation. We were then moved to another table. After receiving our food we never saw our waitress again. Not once were we asked how things were or did we need anything. We saw her again at the end of the meal to bring us our bill. We waited so long that we were about to get up just to pay our bill at that point. A third employee came and began to clean the table while we were still there which made us feel like they wanted us out as quickly as possible. This was just a bad experience overall. We won’t be going back.
The service is always good and the people are lovely. For a very expensive meal, it's about the experience and being able to customize that experience to get exactly what we enjoy most. Unfortunately, menu changes mean that has become a little more difficult lately. The restaurant was clean and quiet though and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Normally we LOVE our experience at melting pot. We typically go for special occasions; birthday, anniversary, etc.... I'm allergic to real flowers and two times ago, they went out of their way to make a balloon flower for our anniversary! Super sweet! This time, not so much. They made a happy birthday strawberry but it just wasn't the same care and service that we've grown accustomed to. Had this been our first time, we would not have returned. I hope this isn't a new trend. Food was slow to come out.... It was not that same special experience... and my request for all fruit for the desert tray was not honored. We still mostly liked everything... but not the same great experience as the past
