The food was delicious and our waiter was outstanding. So friendly and very helpful despite being super busy.

It was an overall ok experience. Once we were seated, we didn't get a waiter for 30 minutes and we were left for several long periods with anyone coming to check on use nor start the next course

Was better when cheese fondue was prepared at the table. This time the fondue never got as hot as usual because the water underneath was cold

Took my two daughters for the first time for fondue dinner for the 13 year old's birthday. Atmosphere was nice, and our server was nice, but the food options weren't really like by either child. The birthday girl thought it was a fun idea and the food was "okay" and the 11 year old tried chicken, two types of steak and the pot stickers and didn't like any of it. As the adult, I can say I wasn't too thrilled with the food items, either. The cheese fondue had an overpowering mustard taste, and as I was telling our server that none of us like Worcestershire sauce she added it to the cheese fondue anyway. I liked my California salad but the kids (who normally like Caesar salad) did not like this Caesar salad. The entree was the most dislike part of the meal for all three of us as the meat always came out tough and the flavor was musty/bland, no matter if it was chicken or steak. I even tried cooking the steak for less time which left me with rare meat (when I always eat steak "medium") and it was still tough. The chicken you have to cook through all the way, so it was tough. The dessert course was a hit, but that's an easy sell as it's all sugar ... you could put any of those chocolate sauces on 3-day old road kill and kids would still find it tasty. All-in-all, we thought the idea of fondue is fun and would like to try it somewhere else where the food is actually flavorful and meat tender. At the exorbitant prices charged per person by Melting Pot for a four-course fondue the food needs to be a LOT better as it is too pricey to begin with. We will try fondue again, but we absolutely won't be going to another Melting Pot.

This was our first time eating here. We went on New Year's Eve so there was a set menu. We were pretty underwhelmed. We always order Brie when we see it as an option and this Brie was so sour and had an alcohol taste to it. Something was off. Services was ok. The price was high for what we got in our opinion.

For the prices being so inflated on NYE (which I understand a lot of restaurants do) the food was NOT good. The cheese fondue had a horrible taste and texture. The lobster roll salad was overly wet (drenched in a watery mayo) the apple bacon salad was soaked in vinaigrette. The main course was okay. The dessert was the what my kids and husband enjoyed most of all. I didn't. We had been to Melting Pot a couple times over a span of many years and have never had such a poor experience. Lesson learned

It was a nice evening out with our teen/pre-teen daughters and the experience made for easy conversation, but the food was lack luster and the ambiance was very “chain” for the price of the dinner overall. The timing of our desert course was very off and we waited quite some time to get it and then they were clearing dishes and plates while we were still eating- presumably because another party was waiting. Worth a one-time trip, but unlikely to return.

We did the Friendsgiving offer. The original offer included chocolate but the server said that was a misprint and showed us a later email that took it back. It was still a good deal. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. The food portions were good. Fun time.

Always an amazing time, great food, great service and loved our romantic table. I did pay for a frame and picture which we didn't get (I forgot to ask) but still am amazing time.

What an utter disappointment. The place was practically empty and they sat all 3 guest groups next to each other. The vegetables served with the cheese course appeared to be days old; very unappetizing. The cheese course was just okay. Salads were okay, too much dressing but the pine nuts were tasty. We chose the oil cooking method with a variety of meats. The steaks tasted old, the chicken looked suspect but I gave it a try;the flavor and texture were off. On to the, what appears to be, days old ravioli that had never been covered; ate it anyway, it was okay. The drinks were tasty. I had fun playing with my food, had to take chocolate home because we were over it. My expectations were high, but wow was that not worth what we spent. Our wait staff was pleasant and attentive, the only glimmer of value.

We sat at the bar before tge rest of the guest came. We ordered a drink the bartender put her bare hands inside the jar to get the fruit out to put into our cocktail no gloves no utensils her bare hands that is so nasty and so unsanitized. I can't believe a restaurant would allow this.I would never go back there.

This is my wife favorite restaurant, and they always go above and beyond to make it a special night every time that we come.
