this used to be my favorite Timmy’s until i just had a very abrupt and rude experience through the drive thru. very poor customer service communication skills from the 2 girls inside. very disappointed. definitely prefer the night staff at this location, DONT come here in the daytime.

I get my weekly coffee and this location is the best out the locations I have visited. Abby is amazing! She’s always wearing a smile! Starts my day off on a good note. This will continue to be my favorite coffee stop.

I get coffee here almost every single day lately. I’ve been going all the way around to Starbucks because they’re customer service. Here is terrible.. I got coffee Tuesday went to work all the way to Detroit when I open my coffee the cream was spoiled. I showed supervisor Christina and said can you give me another coffee and she told me I should’ve came all the way back from Detroit to bring my little coffee for her to be to make a new one !!! Terrible see the date when I took the video .

Disappointing Experience at Tim Hortons, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Tim Hortons location. The service I encountered was unprofessional and far below expectations. I intend to escalate this matter to the corporate office or the district manager.

During my visit I spent 28 minutes waiting in the drive-through line for a small coffee. When I inquired about the delay at the window the Manager informed me that they had a large quantity of food on the grill. It is concerning that despite the manager knowledge of this there was no effort made to prioritize customers waiting for simple orders leading to an unacceptable wait time. All they had to do was have the customer pull to the side in a parking spot while her food cooks and continue serving other customers in line.

By the time I received my coffee, it was cold. This experience was thoroughly disappointing and it is evident that management is not addressing these issues as the establishment appears neglected.

For those seeking to follow up on a complaint please find the contact number here ( 1-888-601-1616) It appears that the owner is not adequately addressing your concerns as he tends to provide only the website link along with responses from his representatives. This lack of direct engagement from the owner is indeed troubling as it suggests a reluctance to confront the issues at hand.

Went to drive thru when they were supposed to be open at 4:05 am, no one here. I wait for 15 mins for them to open at 4. When I could of traveled to the 24 hour one. Ridiculous.

Whoever was working on Sunday October 27th has to be two of the rudest people we have ever encountered coming through a drive thru. Sassy girl taking our orders was extremely unhelpful when we were asking questions regarding a drink we wanted to order. Never gave us any answers so we just picked what we thought would be best.
Then we pull up the to window and the skinny brown haired gentleman with the mustache was extremely rude. No hello. Not even a “your total is bla bla bla” threw my husbands card back at him, almost spilled both of our drinks and then THREW OUR BAG of food at my husband and shut the drive thru window. Not a nice day or nothing. I apologize that we inconvenienced the both of you from doing your jobs… but please don’t throw our food at us and give us an attitude over it. I will go out of my way to go to a different coffee spot from now on.

I absolutely love their coffee when Shajida makes it!! I only go to this location now because of her. Her coffee always makes my day better and I always look forward to coming here after work to see her. She is so sweet and always greets me with a smile. She is my absolute favorite employee here! I would definitely recommend coming here just for her to make your coffee!! :)

Coffee tasted absolutely horrible.

I got a caramel owed coffee, not enough cream or sugar and no caramel flavor whatsoever.

My husband got the maple drink and it was similar to brown water.

My daughter got the strawberry refresher, it was watered down strawberry water. I've never had drinks made so horribly from any establishment.

I pre-ordered using the mobile app so that I could use the weekly discount. The coffee was fresh, with the correct amount of cream and sugar. I asked for light cream cheese on my bagel and they prepared it perfectly.

The staff at the window was friendly, courteous, and efficient.
