I just spent over $15 here, and you’re really running a transaction to charge for a water cup from the fountain? It’s not even about the 50 cents — it’s about the principle. Charging customers for something so small after they’ve already spent good money is just insulting.

Today, my daughter bought a coffee and a beagle. She paid at drive-thru girl with a $20 bill. She wasn't given a receipt, and she didn't get her change. My daughter had gone to work very early and just wanted to enjoy a drink at Tim Hortons when she was robbed. We called the store manager and asked to check the cameras, but we didn't get a response. It's a shame that honest people don't exist anymore.

I asked for a baked bagel with very light cream cheese and instead I didn’t get my bagel toasted and lots of cream cheese. They overdid it and the cream cheese so it was a mess. People are not polite. They don’t say high or anything they don’t look at you. They take your order iand listen to half of what you say ,needs better management.

Ordered a caramel ice coffee and bacon egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese. Coffee had no cream and bagel was missing cream cheese and bacon. Yet I was charged for it. Why do you ask if I want cream in my coffee? Why is it so hard to get a order right here.
I love the Pretzel bagels. 12 g of complete protein and seems like good quality bread. Everything is great. Thanks TH!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Doesn’t speak or look at you. Takes your order, walks away without a word. While walking past you, tosses your items on the counter without looking in your direction and doesn’t even pause just starts on her phone again. Two employees neither spoke. One was playing on her phone the whole time. They serve no purpose. Go anywhere else.

I'm a regular every Monday through Friday (when schools are in session). I drive a bus for the Troy School District. Everyone there knows who I am and what I like. They're the best!! I appreciate their hard work.

It’s a shame I won’t be coming back to my go-to coffee spot for studying. Waited about 15 min at the drive thru for our small order. After waiting so long, I completely forgot to pay after receiving the food and drove off. I ended up parking in the lot to eat, when after about 5 minutes, a worker walks up to my driver-side window and asks if I paid. I’m not entitled to a free meal, but walking up to my car after I’ve driven off is completely inappropriate and off-putting from a customer service standpoint.

this used to be my favorite Timmy’s until i just had a very abrupt and rude experience through the drive thru. very poor customer service communication skills from the 2 girls inside. very disappointed. definitely prefer the night staff at this location, DONT come here in the daytime.
