Waited 8 minutes at the counter to be greeted, always do a mobile order and I get looked at like a deer in headlights, all the local Timmy Hos are like this.
Grabbed my donut with a gloved hand that touched the ordering screen, didn’t have the order prepared on arrival.

Dylan at the register had fantastic energy, was pleasant, stayed engaged and took care of duties between customers. He even seems to know some of the customers by name and knows how to hold a conversation. I couldn't leave without tipping him and letting him know his energy is appreciated.

Good customer service is rare right now and it doesn't go unnoticed. Keep this guy around as long as possible!

Keep it up Dylan, I appreciated the great service and not feeling like I'm inconveniencing someone.

I get the same drink at every tim hortons every time. The one made today wasn't mixed and tastes nothing like mocha, instead there's just a dark chunk of syrup that the straw won't mix. When I called and raised concern with how it tasted because I've gotten sick when they've used the wrong milk before I wanted it remade and they only offered to add more mocha. I will not come back to this location again. They cannot be trusted with allergen safety.

I always go to this location. Today I forgot to tell to warm up my food when I was making an order at the speaker, so I told the guy when I was at the window. I was told by the guy from next time I should let them know when I make an order. I wasn’t expecting that. The way he said it Felt like I did something very wrong and Surprisingly there was no car behind me. I might skip this location from now on.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too One time I came here there was chicken on a bagel which obviously wasn’t ordered and every time I go here as well they don’t understand what an extra large coffee is they always give me a large and then then they tell you oh we rang you up for a large so you can get screwed then they charged me 2.84 which is how much a XL coffee is but tell me they only charged me for a large

Idk what is in the air here but this has the creepiest staff I’ve ever encountered. I asked the guy for cream cheese on my bagel and he asked “in it?” and then started laughing. and then at the window when I paid cash. The guy made sure that his thumb grabbed mine when I clearly held the coins. I’m just trying to get my lunch break HELL no never coming here again.

A friend and I got coffee here. Ordered two gingerbread oatmilk lattes. When we got to the window we were told they had no oatmilk which is the basis of one of their premier holiday drinks. So I switched to coconut milk and my friend to 2%milk. The lattes were absolutely incredibly awful. The taste was bitter with no gingerbread smell or flavor. What a waste of money. I would never go here again.

Went to this Tim hortons, the girl who was working drive thru was extremely rude. She however had forgotten my drink, I reminded her and wanted to pay for it. She however told me to have a good day (loca/crazy) which was extremely foul. How distasteful, and rude. She probably couldn't hear because of her AirPods, I also wasn’t rude to her, she had gotten mad when I simply asked her if I can pay for the drink she forgot.
