Dylan at the register had fantastic energy, was pleasant, stayed engaged and took care of duties between customers. He even seems to know some of the customers by name and knows how to hold a conversation. I couldn't leave without tipping him and letting him know his energy is appreciated.

Good customer service is rare right now and it doesn't go unnoticed. Keep this guy around as long as possible!

Excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The only drawback here is the staff seems disorganized, poorly trained and incapable of handing busier times in the restaurant. I've personally witnessed this problem with the counter and other staff members. A true onsite shift leader who can take control, direct and lead the team is desperately needed here.

That said, when you do finally receive service the coffee and breakfast fare is quite good...just plan...

Not sure why but this is the only tim hortons I go to that skimps on egg patties, usually you get 2 on a bagel breakfast sandwich but they only ever give one. Either ever other time hortons is wrong on the owner here is trying to save money by cutting food costs instead of his own take home paycheck.
