Employees are complaining and yelling in there talking bad about customers right in front of us. Tried to order coffee and food and only charged for the food and didn't serve my coffee. After waiting for a couple minutes, they told me their latte machine was broken and further asking questions. They told they could fix it but wont even try until tomorrows shift. This is the 3rd location that has told me this and everytime I come in its broken. Poor management and poor performance of employees! This location is the worst location yet. Will not come back. very disappointed! Need to seriously figure out how to run a store. Exact reflection of employees and management!

Didn’t listen to my order and messed it up, both employees inside were clearly incapable of doing their jobs complaining about customer after customer going thru drive thru. How is this store so poorly run, and also disgusting messes left all over the place your Carmel coffee taste weird I wonder why?

Ordered a French vanilla cappuccino with whip. Took my order and had me repeat 2x just to STILL not get it right! & idk what I got, tastes like burnt coffee. There's very little cream, so doesn't taste like vanilla at all and no whipped cream! Wasted my money, here! 1st and only time I'll be coming here!

Young new girl at drive thru argued with me about price of sandwiches that were 2 for $6. She said my total was $8+. I asked "aren't they still 2 for $6?"... she said I had to ASK for "2 for 6". I said "no one makes me ask, the price is just $6 when you buy 2". She got frustrated and said "no, you have to ask for that price!!". I said..."uh, ok....make it 2 for $6 then". She got angry that she had to adjust the price and before she came back I had driven off and went elsewhere. Will never go there again.

Ive been putting up with this location for years as its on my way to work. Today was the last time I ever use this location, or any Tims for that matter.Long stort short, if the customer hands you money at a drive through and the employee drops it, its on the business to eat the loss. Its not the customer responsibility to diah out more money or be asked to exit their vehicle to hunt down whatever was dropped.Thank you for all of the saved money as i will no longer be supporting any tims.

Visited the E. Maple Rd. location in Troy Michigan. Stood around for several minutes, only customer in the lobby while the employees ignored me. Finally turned around and walked out, never offered service. Definitely my first and last experience at a Tim Hortons.
