I got my coffee before work at 4:30am, when I got to the window the worker didn't acknowledge me at all took my card and kept talking to her coworker about her personal life, then handed me my card and coffee and walked away. No receipt or any type of communication, the coffee was disgusting so I didn't even drink it. I guess I should've expected that with my experience there. Not returning.

I’m so saddened by the quality of food now. 2 out of 3 items I ordered were wrong. Asked for butter on the bagel, got cream cheese. Ordered a refresher, it was clear (no concentrate or whatever in it).

Because I had a good experience with your location is one thing but when I said I would not sit on your toilet seats due to the bathroom being filthy you honestly feel it was a good review.

Never had a bad experience till today. I forgot he handed me part of my order and when I apologized for not remembering, he slammed the drive thru window shut while talking. I get your day must be hard, but that wasn’t okay at all. Rude for no reason 😭

The drive thru moved fast and efficiently. The person who took my order was friendly. I ordered an original Iced Capp with whipped cream and they made it perfectly! I'll be back when in the area.

For the past year been coming thru a couple times a week thru drive thru on 15 Mile in Troy. Usually around 9:00 am. The workers in drive thru are NOT FRIENDLY at all . They never smile and treat you like not very nice. They obviously do not like their job and they never get the order right. . This morning , I clearly and slowly told them and they still didn't get it correct and they were rude AF. This morning I was at a, Ok I'll give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN. . Food is great , Service is absolute garbage. Lost a customer.
