Went there for lunch and barely got part of my order out before I was told the total and asked to pull forward. I said I had more to my order and proceeded. I ordered 2 of the small vanilla thin mint frostys and 1 small chocolate thin mint frosty. The worker taking my order asked me if the 2 were chocolate or vanilla. I clarified but when I got to the window she handed me 2 plain vanilla and 1 chocolate. I told her I had ordered the thin mint ones and she argued that I hadn't. When I asked her if she could change them she scoffed and only took the 2 vanilla and handed me back 2 of the chocolate thin mints. When I got back, I saw my food order was also wrong. Whole interaction felt rude and unprofessional.

Came here on 02/16/25 at 12pm Tried to order food thru the drive thru. Started to order 1 meal and was immediately cut off by the lady and told to pull up before I could even finish my sentence. I had two more people in the car to order for. We turned around and left Was so rude and disrespectful. There was only one car ahead of me and no one else ordering food. No line. Not busy.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite having 5-6 people working, the staff seemed more focused on playing games with each other than serving customers. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple pickup order, only to find out they had prepared the wrong food. The lack of professionalism and attention to customer service was frustrating. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

After standing in restaurant for 15 min. to place order, with only 2 other people having already ordered, no one at any tables...we were told twice, "be with u in a minute." I got tired of waiting...turned around and left...no excuse when no one else was in there around 1:30 pm.

Originally I was going to say the worst wendys ever. And its nit just because the food is always old and cold but uts the customer service aspect that makes this place so awful. No accountabily, no apologies or give us a min We waited two min for old cold food. When i blew my horn to let them know we were still there the girls laughed and arguee about who was responsible.
However , after asking for a refund the manager was extremely nice , and helpful and i did see him when we were waiting attenpting to finish other task.
This place would really turn around with some custimer service courses..
