Man, what’s up with this place??! Every time I go through the drive thru there’s always someone waiting on me that sounds like a pissed off Russian barking at me through the speaker. Very unpleasant and annoying. This needs to be addressed at this location.

Just terrible. Dining room was closed for some unknown reason. We got the food to go, drove the 1.5 miles home, and all of our food was cold and barely worth eating. Also, we ordered my son's burger with NO cheese. Guess what was on his burger? Bingo! Cheese! Yikes, Wendy's. How you have fallen.

Stood in line for 10 minutes on the inside along with 4 other people. At that point we were told “Drive thru only” 4 cars in the drive thru, I am in a truck pulling a trailer. See ya later Wendy’

I had written an extremely positive review a couple of months back. Upon another visit, I now see what the other reviews were talking about. It must depend on who you get working that evening.Ordered a number 1 meal.I get that it's fast food, but wow! The burger patties were shrunk up to half the size and burnt. The other toppings were a complete mess.The drive-thru service was exactly what others said, dismissive and borderline rude. They basically thru the bag of food at me while talking to the other workers.With what fast food costs now, I definitely won't return to this location to waste $12-$15 on really poor food and crummy service.

Just went through the drive thru. This dark haired guy literally acted like he was beyond annoyed to serve me. Didn’t look me in the eye or anything. Made me pull up to the door to wait for my food when there’s no one else here so they can get their time down. Ridiculous… very rude customer service

Food seriously sucks here. Came for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Sandwich came cold so I went home and reheated it. I don't know if ive ever been to a fast food place where the workers seemed more unhappy. I hope this place gets new management or gets shut down because they don't deserve to be a franchise owner. Ps who makes the customer add their own cream I mean how lazy can you get

They act annoyed that you’re there from start to finish, basically throw your payment option and food at you thru the window and never say a word after you pass the speaker.The kicker is in the morning, on your way to work with no extra time to return to the store, they often mess up your order. The eggs on sandwiches are always over cooked and feel like trying to chew a ziplock bag. If you ask for extra of something (and are charged for it) they’ll often omit it from your order altogether. I’ve been working next to this place for half a year and keep trying to give them another chance, everyone has off days after all. It seems though that this place is never on and lives in a constant state of off days.
