Rude ass workers. Ordered at thr drive thru and they did didnt even make my food. Said there system completely wiped my order so waited another 10 mins. Who ever the girl was working the drive thru that day deserves to be fired

For our Valentine's Day outing, it was even better than I had hoped. This is my first time trying this event and it was fun!

Knowing that the staff doesn't usually wait on tables, I think they did a really good job ! they were very sweet and kind

I think the staff did as well as they could given the circumstances. The staff was friendly and courteous. However, the restaurant overall seemed a bit understaffed. Food took quite some time to arrive - maybe 25-30 minutes. The store was decorated nicely and music was appropriate and fun. The main issue I had was that the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. It was clear that other diners were cold as well. I saw numerous people put on jackets during our visit. It took us quite some time to cash out after the meal was done. No one asked for my rewards number. And, in the promotions for the event it stated that there would be specials / etc. for rewards members. I love this event. It frankly is likely a financial loss for White Castle overall, if I had to guess. I just wish that the staff was give the proper resources to deliver on the really special and unique experience. Again, I imagine the primary goal is for the White Castle brand to build goodwill. As such, spend a bit of money and make the proper investment to make the night truly special and unique. Disgusting!!! Dry and over cooked burgers. Onion chips were undercooked. Took 1 bite and threw the rest out. Will not be returning to this location ever again.

Go to THIS White Castle folks! I drive further to avoid my local store because this one is so so so much faster. Order ahead online and usually ready or just a small wait (my local store I waited 30 minutes once!). Food is great if you like White Castle. No complaints and hey if there’s a small wait there’s a 7-11 right next door if you need drinks for your takeaway order.

Let me say first that I LOVE White Castle burgers and have eaten them my whole life. Last night 10/30/24, I went through the drive-thru and waited forever. I finally got my food and drove home. Sat down to eat and there were long dark hairs in my burgers. Needless to say, I was instantly grossed out and ended up sick at the thought. After the incident, I clearly remember seeing no one wearing any hat or hair nets....so disgusting and unsanitary. I will never go to the John R/Big Beaver store again. Get it together and have some pride in your work place.?
