I think the staff did as well as they could given the circumstances. The staff was friendly and courteous. However, the restaurant overall seemed a bit understaffed. Food took quite some time to arrive - maybe 25-30 minutes. The store was decorated nicely and music was appropriate and fun. The main issue I had was that the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Go to THIS White Castle folks! I drive further to avoid my local store because this one is so so so much faster. Order ahead online and usually ready or just a small wait (my local store I waited 30 minutes once!). Food is great if you like White Castle. No complaints and hey if there’s a small wait there’s a 7-11 right next door if you need drinks for your takeaway order.
Been years since I've had White Castle ? burgers. They are the same delicious sliders I remember. Fresh soft buns, great tasting burgers.
Dining room can use an update, and a cleaning, but not too bad.
