I tried this place for the first time a week ago. Best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. The lady taking the orders offers the best customer service. Very nice and pleasant.

My favorite restaurant! You get a LOT for what you pay for. Service is fantastic. You can tell they change the oil very often. The rice is the lightest color I've ever seen in any restaurant that serves fried rice.

I've been a customer of this Chinese restaurant for a while now, there are others nearby but I always find myself revisiting Wing Hing. I've had many items off their menu and from my experience, all of their food tastes great. The staff recongizes me when I come in and they always seem to add a little something extra/free to my order. These little extras are a great way to show customer appreciation and always leaves me feeling that I got more than what I paid for.
They are also extremely cleanly which I really appreciate in a restaurant. The woman that takes my order always uses hand sanitizer when handling money and credit cards and even sanitizes my credit card before returning it to me, sadly I almost never see this in other restaurants. Their commitment to cleanliness fantastic.
I will remain frequent customer of Wing Hing, and wish them many years of well earned success.

This is the worst restaurant in Troy. The staff is disrespectful to customers and fails to provide proper responses to concerns. The seating area is unpleasant, and the food has a strong, unappetizing smell. When we complained, they ignored our feedback. The front desk staff, in particular, was rude and acted as if she was giving out free food. I will never return to this place again.

Came here twice this week I've been meaning to try this place for some time! I had a failed meal prep and didn't have much time so this place definitely fit the bill. They were a little over the time that they quoted for pick up which was 20 minutes but that's OK because I'd rather my food be hot and still being cooked and sitting there getting cold for time passing. The staff is very friendly. I don't know why people have been saying they aren't. The place is a little bit older but what can you expect? It's a great Chinese place. You're there for the food not the decor and also it's pretty much a carryout place considering there is only a couple tables to begin with Not really much of a dining room. I had ordered beef egg, foo young lunch portion for both days and both portions were the same and cooked with fresh ingredients. The portions are massive even for lunch. I do recommend coming in and ordering instead of using all the apps you can save some money there. Looking forward to making my regular Chinese spot when I am getting carry out at work. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu.
