I came in and the owner was really weird and was hovering over me the whole time I was making my froyo. Even the ice cream tasted horrible, what a waste of $12. DONT COME HERE!

Just went yesterday with my toddler. A lot of the milk flavors are a little underwhelming. They chocolate should be more chcolate-y, the tart yogurt needs be more tart! That said, the raspberry sorbet was divine. Please keep that on the menu! I'm lactose intolerant but my son enjoys the milk based flavors. We will be certainly be back! It's still a good deal for what you get. I used to go to Pinkberry in NYC and it was $13 for one tiny yogurt with a few scant toppings. We got twice that amount for the same price at Zoyo, with tons of toppings.

This review is solely based on the lack of customer service. I was the only person there and had to ring the bell twice for a girl to come out of the back. She had a dirty look on her face, as if I was bothering her. She didn’t even greet me or ask how she could help, she looked at me and waited for me to speak. I asked for a sample and she said “the basket is right here.” Referring to the sample cups, there were 6 cups in it and I honestly thought it was a garbage. She walked back into the back without saying anything. I was so disappointed. I walked out. I do not recommend this place

This was my first time trying zoyo and the young, dark-haired girl at the register was super sweet and helpful. She helped me through the time and answered all the questions that i had. I would definitely be back!

First time here and the place is great. I wasn’t sure what to get and the girl at the front helped me out, Had great attitude while doing it as well which you don’t see a lot now and days. overall great experience and round of applause to whoever does the hiring!!
Exactly what you'd expect from a frozen yogurt place, however, I took off 3 stars. 2 because the smell (I've been there at least 3 times over the past year or so) is so off-putting. Kind of smells like a dumpster mixed with Chinese food. And 1 because the staff never seem to be around until you ring the bell. And if they are in-between customers, they're on their phones and completely disengaged (like you're bothering them by buying froyo...). I would only return if they were the only open froyo place at the time and I had a craving. The froyo itself is good, the toppings are standard offerings, and the counters are clean. I do wish I could post smells... 🤢

Horrible customer service, the only person working was glued to her phone. She sits in a chair until someone walks in and then goes to the register and puts her phone there and continues to watch it. As soon as she’s done ringing she goes back to the chair and sits back down to again play on her phone. Meanwhile the place was dirty with crap on the tables and floors but she was clearly too busy. Was in there for 30 minutes and never once did she attempt to clean up just play on her phone.

Definitely not comparable to Menchies. The vanilla tasted like it was watered down and the peanuts tasted stale. The best I can explain the frozen yogurt is it was made with mix packet and water, but there was more water and it began to freeze. The chocolate was not much better and the machine for the cherry lime sorbet struggled to produce and the machine was shaking intermittently. My wife and I were underwhelmed considering the star rating was decent.
