I just stopped in for my first time with my son and husband. Looking forward to trying it on a Saturday afternoon. We walked in and nobody was there. We see someone in the back behind the machines and someone sitting at a table. We tried 4 flavors and nothing came out of the machines. I spoke up and asked for help and assistance 3 times and no one answered me. No one came up to help. So we walked out. Saved myself $30. Making the drive out of the way to Menchies right now.

The Indian Owner is against LGBTQ , He employs a really kind worker who is gay . He tells me the horror stories he goes through with the owner . I feel so bad for him , I told him to quit but school is stressful and it will take time and effort to find another job as he states .

I wish they had some smaller cups and that flavors changed more often, but they have a decent number of flavor choices and lots of tasty toppings. It's all self serve and easy.

Love this place! Zoyo has always been a favorite of mine. Eating here gluten free is a little sketchy since all of the toppings are laid out together so the cross contamination risk is high for someone like me with celiac. I think you could definitely ask them to get toppings from the back if you want them!
super nice!! the staff helped me out with a tree nut allergy and got toppings from the back. all i had to do was ask! the flavors were new and exciting. i love the almond roca

The flavor selection is pretty good, not many non-dairy options. The guy working was always in the back with AirPods in only coming out when someone rang for service and immediately disappearing again. The topping bar was under-stocked with many things having run out as well as extremely dirty with spills and smears of syrups everywhere. All of the tables were dirty. Disappointed.

Guy who was up front was kind of creepy and barely wore gloves. He also kept asking me and my friend very strange questions while we were cashing out. Place didn’t seem very sanitary when handling some of the toppings and so on. Didn’t feel comfortable eating my frozen yogurt and no one should since they seem very unsanitary.
