Just absolutely disgusting. Terrible quality, everything is just wet and soggy, old tasting old looking. Never again.

I normally don't have issues with this subway in the past but it has gone downhill in the past month, newer employees arguing over meat count when getting double meat(Italian 5 gets 3 slices of roast beef per 6inch sub, and so double on a footlong is a total of 12 slices and the worker acted like I was pulling their teeth as they slapped alittle extra and still coming up short, I don't know if they were having a bad day or what but slapping meat onto a sub was a bit much), the biggest reason though for leaving this review(besides the bad attitude and continued meat shortage, they have done this to us everytime and this was the first time I spoke up about it) was the fact no matter how many times we told the newer employees to use a clean knife to cut our subs they still pull from the dirty knife container everytime(crusty already used knives from who knows how many sub were touched and cut with, just with the fact it was already CRUSTED should have told them not to use it but we have to remind them everytime to please use a clean knife or to just not cut the sub), that will cause so many issues down the line if it's not corrected, someone will either get sick or someone will have an allergic reaction and not even know why(cross contamination and food safety issues). So not getting what we are paying for, bad employee attitudes, and food safety issues is exactly why I am leaving such a terrible review, I wish the employees from 3 months ago came back, these newer employees have some nasty habits.

Food was nasty, had it toasted it was still cold, service was absolutely horrible, the person in front of me was charged for my order and the person at the cash register acted like it was our fault and she had no idea how to fix it I was not offered to receive I'm pretty sure I was extremely overcharged that day I definitely would not recommend this location

They currently struggle to get your sub right. Even though it prints very clearly on the receipt. Two orders in a tow that were incorrect.

Very disappointed the subs were very poorly made! I called and placed a pickup order over the phone then waited 15 minutes. When I went inside and asked if my order was ready, they said no. So I sat and waited patiently for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I just stood up and got in line because they still had not started my order. What is the point of calling and placing a pickup order if I'm still going to have to go inside and place my order anyways!? The whole point of calling in an order is so it's ready when you get there. I think 25 minutes should be sufficient enough time to make a sandwich AND make it RIGHT!

This is the second time my order has been messed up. Did the online order and got a confirmation by email that my order was ready. Arrived to the restaurant only to be told that my order never came through. Never got a refund either!! I wouldn’t recommend going to this place and best use the mom and pop restaurants in town that do care about your service and money. Last time I will deal with this restaurants.
