My experience with Timothy's is not the same as it used to be. I had lake perch, but it was unevenly cooked. One piece was golden brown on one side, the others looked like they barely made it into the skillet. And the pieces were broken up. It seems prices have increased and portions have gotten smaller.
This is an update to our previous review several years ago. We went to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary and it was a very nice experience. My wife ordered the Waygu steak and she was not so impressed, but my bite was good. I ordered the Bone in Ribeye steak and while I never encountered a bone, the steak was done excellently and was really flavorful. I'm not normally a french fry fan, but the Pomme Fritz were exceptional. Thank you for a nice anniversary meal.

Whitefish and swordfish are excellent along with everything else I've ever ordered. Even enjoyed the decaf coffee.
