I was there Tuesday for their bingo night. What an amazing time I had. The atmosphere was great. The food was amazing. If you get a chance to try the firecracker shrimp, I highly suggest that and what a great time.

My friend and I went there for the first time and if I could give more than five stars, I would this is how phenomenal this little place is. The atmosphere so warm and welcoming the staff the other customers everyone just treated us like we were family, but let me begin with the food. I have never had firecracker Shrimp is what they call it. Oh my God it was the most delicious appetizer I have ever had the shrimp had a light, sweet and spicy sauce, but it wasn’t overpowering it was I don’t know how to explain just perfect! Then I went on to have their Italian beef sandwich which I found out they smoked the beef every day. It had a flavor like nothing I have ever had before if my stomach was bigger, I would’ve had another one. Let me tell you that’s how great it was And on Tuesday nights they have bingo. You play bingo while you eat and it is so much fun because everybody is involved and into it, I’ve met so many other customers that were so friendly that made me feel like I was family. Their people profits goes to an organization you know in this case it was for animals I mean, what a great thing that they do. And Steve, the owner manager is the most friendly welcoming person I have ever met. I’m telling you if you get a chance and you’re looking for a really fun place to go with good food good atmosphere good friends make your way to the union pier social in Union pier Michigan, which is only 4 miles from new Buffalo, Michigan, which is very close to Chicago and I know a lot of my Chicago friends come to new Buffalo so a couple minutes more you want great food ask for Steve and tell him Sue sent you and you will not regret it. I can’t wait to go back.🤗
It was a quiet weekday in the Fall and not much was open. We had a very good experience at Union Pier Social. The server was friendly and prompt and the food was generous and creative. Definitely worth a stop.

We’ve been going up there about a month now. We just found the place and we love it. We’ve tried a different thing each time and the pizza twice cause that’s so good can’t complain. It was very good. We’ll be coming back again.

Waited 20 min and never got my drink order or even checked in on after being seated. Wait staff seemed more concerned with getting payment. Also seemed to have a cocktail on the ledge by my head attracting bees. They were drowning in the drink and swarming near it and me.

Well 6 of us went last night to celebrate the wife's birthday. She tried ordering the salmon but it was apparently sold out at lunch time. Then she ordered some chicken, rice and kimche dish described as sweet and spicy. She had to get sour cream due to how spicy not at all sweet. Father in-law ordered the meatball sandwich and said it was really spicy. Mom order a strawberry margarita and it was very bitter . I ordered the $28 ribs which were good but not fall off the bone. $10 for a small glass of sangria is a little steep for an inexpensive wine . If you want to spend money this is the place. Our server was fantastic. Food average for the over pricing.
