Placed an online order.Waited for food.5 minute drive home.EVERYTHING WAS COLD. Like it had been sitting there even tho I was told they were waiting on a for a few things to be finished.French onion soup was soo cold. No way possible that it got that cold on my drive home on a 75 degree day.

Idk where to start. The server had periodic long absences. One person's meal came out long before anyone else's.Finally, I got my burger. The order was wrong, and then my burger got fixed, but it was now room temperature.If they were busy, maybe that's a reason they were not.

Had lunch there with a friend. My steak was tough. I waited forever for the waitress to ask her to have it cooked a little more. My friend was done eating and still the waitress didn't bring mine back. Restaurant was pretty empty. Service was lousy. When I finally got my steak I brought it home and threw it out. Second time at Applebee's different locations. Won't be going back.

I had the sweet & spicy chicken sandwich and chicken tortilla soup. One bartender Sam was fantastic. She made sure to check in on us. Also Kaedi was our waitress and was also fantastic. Both have waited on us and have gone above & beyond to make sure our food was they way we wanted it.
