Why do we always have to go back to the restaurant because they're always forgetting stuff in our bags in the Drive-Thru. They often make us pull forward and even then they constantly forget stuff. And of course they take no accountability for their incompetence

Me and my grandson went through the drive thru July 12, 2025 afternoon. I ordered two half pound classic roast beef sandwich and one chicken sandwich. The roast beef sandwiches both had badly smelling roast beef on the top of each sandwich and the next layer was a different color than the top and the bottom layer was pieces that were about 1/2 inch wide strips all piled on the bottom. All the strips were purposely hidden under the slices in the middle. The slices in the middle were about 4 inches across. The employee said it was a small piece and she couldnt throw it away so she cut all the strips, and when I asked why she would put rotten meat on my sandwich, she did not reply. This visit has successfully influenced me to never come here again or my family. Disgusting.

I wouldn’t even give a one star but I have to give something whoever works in the morning and during lunch on the speaker is completely rude has no customer service experience rush thru me ordering my order and she needs to work where it doesn’t involve dealing with or speaking to people at all this

Manager that took my order was difficult and not very friendly. The wrap I ordered was not cut in half and ended up all over my car . When I brought this to their attention the dark haired girl with glasses asked the back staff to remake it and yelled " cut it hard!"" Hard" sarcasticly, oddly and very rudely . I then as I told the back staff I just need it cut like it was supposed to be. She then went to the back whisperering something. All in all was very unpleasant experience to say the least. Was like walking into the twilight zone . This location needs to do better .

I ordered french fries well done and shave me on our sandwiches girl at the window had to ask how much change I would get from a $20 bill when it was 1830 when I seen her she did not even say you’re welcome or anything back she just shut the window on me when I got home. All of the food was wrong. I called and spoke to the manager, continued with five excuses why my food was incorrect. She was shorthanded. She had a register down her meat is pre-cut if they have a rush things must go quicker. NEVER AGAIN

I encountered a women that is horrible with customer service. She refused to let me pay with a 100$ that's all I had and she made me cancel my order. Now, that's why they are failing at a great business. She was lazy. I know for a fact she could open the safe and break my 100$ bill. What kind of employee turns business away for trying to pay for their order. It's sad that Arbys employs such people. Mandy was not only lazy but one of the worst drive thur individuals I ever encountered. She was unbelievable rude and simply lazy. Lost my business forever and I was a loyal customer that makes very large orders do to my family size. We have two adults & 4 teenagers. So thank Mandy for her no effort. Do better Arbys!!!! Oh & they had no cars. Not even the employees had cars. That right there shows that nobody wants their food. Almost every other restaurant had huge lines but they didn't have a single car. That's a huge red flag!
Ok so I never leave fast food reviews but I have to say Tara Lynn was SO friendly 20 minutes before close and my food was really very good. Thank you!

Arby's has been known for many years now for their delicious roasted fresh sliced Roast Beef Sandwiches that just water in your mouth! YUM! They have other popular fresh sandwiches here too along with tasty Wraps and Salads!
I just got a uber eats order and it was so carefully packed, also i used to work at arbys and the roast beef was cooked perfectly sliced perfectly and stacked perfectly. Whoever is on the shift about 30 min ago running slicer and window did a great job. Great enough for me to stop my meal and leave a great review
