Jeid was great and provided a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I had come in for Veterans Day as a place to get away for a moment, and I appreciated the hospitality and company that she provided at the bar.

Used to be awesome, now service a bit slow and the steak comes out on the stone now, why did you have to change the way you bring out the steak, and I don't think the rocks are as hot as you may think! Still recommend going here though! Awesome food overall! Drinks are good just depends who's making them!

Tony is amazing. We come back every Saturday just because of his service. You recently changed your filets to only 8 ounces. We used to get two six ounce filets every week. We are not going to order the 8 ounces and not eat it all. We started getting the steak tacos which aren’t bad but would prefer to get the six ounce filets again. Bring them back!

This was so much better than I expected. The lobster came raw and we were able to cook it with butter exactly how we liked on the black rock and that was a fun unexpected addition to the steak. Everything was so good their Long islands are great.

Tried Rock crispy chicken which was burnt baked potato was fine! Could not eat sandwich. Asked me if I wanted to take home leftover I said no. Later waitress would not let me pay which is why I gave them 3 stars. Because waitress recognized the overcooked sandwich I-Did tip her! She did her job watching out for her customer 😊

I wish having seasoning on the side was an option. Everything was really nice, next time I think I’m gonna try the ribs or something else. Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal.
The service is awfully slow. My fries came out cold, so I asked for new ones. The manager finally brings them out to me after we were all done eating, and they were overcooked. I asked for a salad with no onions, but it came with onions. No refills on our drinks were offered during our meal. The server was nice, but she was so slow in bringing us things we asked for. The steak was good. This was on a Thursday night. The place was almost empty. Utica location. My son had to track down the server just so we could pay our bill to leave. Awful dining experience

Brussel sprouts and Steak/Lobster deal were great. I’m not personally one to enjoy cooking yourself, but doing so on their stone slab was a fun and unique experience! Prices/combos were solid. I really liked the complimentary salad too. Would like to try the drinks next time
