It was the most awful experience. My husband & I got to the restaurant early for a party. No bartender. Waited 10 minutes for a drink. My son suggested we get the ribs, so we did. He said the meat falls off the bone. Our's came out & the meat must have fallen off before it got to the table. They were not baby back ribs. They were more like country style ribs. Ordered a baked potato but the manager said they ran out of baked potatoes. Sorry to say, we will never be back. We arrived at 2:30 and didn't get out of there till 5:45.

Good enough food. Pricey but a lot of food so it averages out to fair value. Brussel sprouts were tasty but too crunchy. Wife thought they were too sweet. Ribs were very good. Didn't know you cooked your own steak. Not fond of that. Happy hour specials are a good deal but very limited selection.

The food was great but this place is slipping a little. We got salads but it took 30 minutes to get silverware. We had steak, Mac and cheese and French dip. Food was still great. We had a bday in our group and the waitress said the kitchen didn't get the ticket for their bday dessert. It would've been 30 minutes more. Idk if it's a kitchen issue, system, or what. We won't be back.

Overpriced garbage. Literally canned nacho cheese with no attempt to hide it was from a can. $40 ribeye I cooked myself which was Walmart quality meat. Sides were cold. Caesar salad had zero romaine. Black rock chicken was covered in so much sauce it was falling off the plate being served. Comical and sad this place is open and taking people's money. The "chef" and general manager should be ashamed to keep the doors open.

I had the steak fillet medallions with shrimp. So yummy and full of flavor after I put the butter and dipped it in the sauce. My husband had the New York strip steak with lobster add on. We had fun cooking our food on the hot black rock. Fun experience and would be a great experience with another couple! We will come again and bring friends. Our food was delicious, the waitress fabulous. The entire experience was terrific. The one change would be the TV channels were playing inappropriate movies! Especially if I had my entire family here with me.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly when the television was playing rated R movie! They need to keep an eye on this for the future!

Service and atmosphere was great. The steak cuts are a bit chewy and very difficult to cut, could partially because of no sharp knives. Their stir fry and chicken sandwich were both excellent. The seasoned fries are also very good.

This is the second time I’ve been here in the last month the first time I thought I would give them a chance. I got a chicken flatbread and the chicken was so dry. I couldn’t even swallow it. I told my server about it and the manager took a whopping two dollars off my bill. I went back today, I thought I’ll give them another chance. I sat at the bar. I was the only person at the bar. I had one glass of wine, which took about 10 minutes to get because there was no bartender. I was going to order a second glass and a bowl of soup, but after waiting at least another 15 minutes for the bartender to come back I decided to just leave some cash on the counter and go. Why he was spending so much time in the kitchen and not at the bar. I do not know. But I will never go back and my prediction within the next six months they will be closing.

Waited 20 minutes to get drinks waited a hr after getting appetizer to get cold stone to cook food on was so cold I put my finger on it for about 7 seconds and butter wouldn't even melt was never offered any compensation and explanation to why waited another 7 minutes to have opportunity to ask for a hot rock to cook food on this is the second time first time they were busy so I thought that msy have been why service sucked but this time I went around 1258 in afternoon still was a horrible experience definitely this place should not be allowed to be open this will be the last time I ever show my face or take my family again manager sits at bar with friend while friend gets drunk her and her friend go in the back by kitchen still hasn't came out very unprofessional very rude and the manager is very self centered inconsiderate selfish individual proof was never offered discount
