Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

I've been coming here since I was a child and it's one of my favorite places to go I just love the atmosphere and ambiance but every time i go the service and quality just gets worse and worse. I mean this in the nicest way because it seems like the waitresses mean well, but they just seem very inexperienced and young, and need to do better on attentiveness and being more mindful, I guess. The restaurant was not busy at all but the food must have taken 20-30 minutes to come out and never got any refills on drinks as well as me and my brother got up to ask for togo boxes and the check because we all finished eating and waited for at least 10 minutes and didn't get checked up on while I saw employees cleaning up other things . Sorry to be that person and complain but I'm just disappointed because I want to love this restaurant since it's always been one of my favorites but I don't think I want to come back anytime soon.

The service is brutally slow. Like cmon...there is our table and another table in the section and it's taking this long.(thursday night 5/16/2024) The food is okay. Not bad but nothing to come back to...

The food was amazing like always. The wait staff was very nice just a little slow at moments when the restaurant wasn't that busy at the time. I love this place and have been coming here for a long time but I put 3 star for the atmosphere because it was so uncomfortably hot in the area we were at. We asked a couple different times to see if something could be done and were told that the ac was turned on but it never got better.

Denise has the worst customer service. This was my first time coming here after being recommended and I’m highly disappointed. Had an attitude and when I pointed it out to her she forced herself to be nice.

Thank you so much for the amazing lunch for teacher appreciation day. That pear and pecan salad was out of this world!!!!! Thank you for supporting local teachers. It was absolutely delicious

We ordered three entrees and a side. Two entrees and the side came out and we waited and waited for the third. The third was primarily for my daughter and I to eat. Everyone else was done eating the other entrees before the last one came out, and we had to remind the server about it. Unfortunately that was not the only thing that had been forgotten, also had to ask for a beverage that had been ordered as well (plenty of time had elapsed before asking, other tables that came after it was ordered had gotten their drinks).

Food was fantastic and the service was even better.I forgot the name of the waitress but I know it started with a "D". I would say she was a dark hair short Italian but aren't we all. ?

Eh...overpriced and kind of bland. Staff was friendly and were accommodating. Good atmosphere.
