I am 100% reporting this location to the health department. I was just served RAW AND PINK chicken AND doughy bread. Pay $12 to literally just get sick. I’m pretty sure it’s food poisoning. You better hope I don’t get injured from eating raw chicken from your facility!!!!!

Been forever since I stepped foot in a KFC. Good to see that calories are listed on the menu board.The staff were pleasant and quick to greet me and allowed me time to scan the menu.Just a spicy chicken sandwich for me.While I waited for my order I looked around. Some tables still had chairs up on them, some tables/booths needed cleaning and there was a lot of overheard conversations from the kitchen (apparently, a staff member had reported to work smelling of alcohol). I have no problem with the talk but maybe keep the volume down?The sandwich was fine, spicy as advertised, and filled the hole in my belly as needed.Bathroom and hallway need cleaning, too.
Parking: It's an out-parcel so there is plenty around.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room for wheelchairs and walkers/crutches.

Food sucked wasn't exactly what I ordered s sloppy put
10 out of 10 don’t recommend. I made an online pick up order that my husband picked up and brought home. Opened it and we realized that we had gravy with no mashed potatoes and no biscuits. Irritated I tried calling the business not once but 4 times without a pickup. So I put everything back into my bag and drove up there. When I entered the restaurant it was not busy at all. There was a man and his son eating no one else, no one in the drive through either. So why was my order not completed correctly and why didn’t a single one of the many employees standing around answer the phone is honestly a mystery. I stood at the counter while the employees bantered about how they had been there since 11 am (it was now 5pm). When someone finally came over to greet me I handed the bag and said my husband picked up our food and when he got home realized that the order was incorrect and had missing items. As irritated as I was I politely asked for them to make the entire meal over again as I paid for a hot and fresh meal for my family. Because who wants to sit down and eat a half cold meal? The employee walked over to the manager who I heard ask what’s wrong with it all annoyed she walked over to me and I explained the same thing I did to the previous employee. She walked away and made the order over while they all got quiet and were obviously so annoyed that they had to fix their mistake. Once done she brings me my order and says “here you go Rachel B. Coleslaw and all.” With a have a blessed day snotty attitude. I checked to just make sure it was warm for my kids and left still takin aback at how rude they all were. Definitely not apologetic. What else is funny is the man behind me that came in they were extremely polite to and even made sure he had all his sauce. But that’s not the best part. The best part is that I got home and my order was missing the coleslaw. Place is a sloppy joke. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this location here.

I stop in about once or twice a week. Everything is usually fine, but I had a minor issue with an order this past week. I went inside and spoke with Manager Barbara.She was very patient and respectful. She made me feel like she cared and wanted to make me happy.She quickly took care of my order. I will continue to go there as often as I have been. Thank you, Barbara!

Horrible customer service! On my way home I realized they messed up my order. I came back and tried to go inside but the doors were locked so I had to wait in the drive thru. When I made it to the window, the girl simple said here you go and didn't bother to offer an apology for their mistake. The customer service is garbage. The workers look miserable and don't look like they should be handling food. Overall this place deserves zero stars

Went into the drive thru placed my order. I was not asked if I wanted white/dark meat nor was I asked if I wanted original/xtra crispy when I got to the window and asked about it she shut the window and shook her head so I asked to speak with the manager she advised me she was and completely blew it
Place is looking pretty run down. A coworker wanted kfc. I went to pick it up. I waited over 20 min for my order. There was 1 other customer the whole time i was there.

I, along with several other customers, had to wait for some period of time just to get served. Then I had to wait some more time because my chicken selection was so popular that I had to wait for the pieces to be cooked. The manager needs to keep a better eye on things like that and not to allow certain pieces of their chicken menu to get that low in the first place. But, the hot, freshly cooked thighs were well worth the wait.

Not worth a 30 minute wait- believe the other bad reviews because it’s true. The employees on shift were moving like snails, cussing and arguing because they couldn’t work together as a team.Look at the other wait time on the screen! 20 minutes as well

Usually ok but to throw in mashed potatoes for sub of fries AND coleslaw without contacting anyone is lazy and ridiculous. Tiny tenders too. Got partial refund through delivery service. Won't be back.
