I am looking at all these reviews and all I see from Krispy Kreme is a computer generated response from the company. The manager at this location is horrible - I tried talking to her and all I got was a bored, uninterested, rude person. I don’t think this location is doing that well for them to be turning away customers with their attitude.

I will NEVER come to this location again! The last time I came the cashier had a bad attitude but I just brushed it off because we all have bad days. But this last time I went during the red light hours, same dry attitude from the server and they gave us COLD, stale donuts and when I asked “Sooo no hot donuts during the red light??” They just looked at me, said nothing and we left. I will drive all the way to the Troy location from now on

New to hire new staff as everyone that works there literally seem so depressed and short tempered. Also, nothing on the menu is ever updated as ive made the trip here numerous time just for them to say they didnt update their menu. Very rude! I can see why people go to different places for pastries!

Went there at 6pm and wanted to go in to find the doors locked and only drive thru open. According to my daughter this is not the first time this has happened. Disappointed we didn't get what we wanted.

Very slow service and you can't placed 2 orders at the same time at the drive thru when I asked her why she said they have so many people in line lol your service is slow that is why people are waiting to get their order never coming back to this location rude employee bad costumer service..

After a healthy lunch at Taco Bell (snort), I looked across the street and saw the Krispy Kreme donut shop and thought I'd get a few donuts. I've been on a kick to see who has the best Boston Cream donut. I rarely eat donuts but the other day while getting coffee at Dunkin Donuts I had a Boston Cream and it was so fresh, soft and full of cool cream. I tried one at Tim Horton's and it wasn't as good so I thought I'd try Krispy Kreme. For $7.20 I got 2 dry donuts with no filling and one soggy, over-sugared cinnamon roll. I took two bites out of the Boston and mom took one bite and we still didn't hit the cream. Why do people like these donuts?

I blame Krispy Kreme for not doing something right for their employees. Go to Chick-fil-A or Portillos, and their employees are welcoming and friendly, and happy.
