We stopped at 4pm after target shopping. Cashier was friendly, donuts were good and fresh. Service was quick. I don't get all the 1 star reviews. Thank you for the mid day snack

I am looking at all these reviews and all I see from Krispy Kreme is a computer generated response from the company. The manager at this location is horrible - I tried talking to her and all I got was a bored, uninterested, rude person. I don’t think this location is doing that well for them to be turning away customers with their attitude.

I will NEVER come to this location again! The last time I came the cashier had a bad attitude but I just brushed it off because we all have bad days. But this last time I went during the red light hours, same dry attitude from the server and they gave us COLD, stale donuts and when I asked “Sooo no hot donuts during the red light??” They just looked at me, said nothing and we left. I will drive all the way to the Troy location from now on

My sister in law and I stopped through on our way home from an event we attended and the customer service was awful to say the least. We got to the speaker to order and the person taking our order was VERY impatient with us, seemed annoyed at our very existence and spoke to us like we were five. Mind you, all we were trying to do was place an order for two packs of a dozen glazed donuts. Nothing complicated. They stated that they could not place two orders at once (which may be policy, I am unsure) and that we would have to pull around and go back through the drive through to place the second one. When we got to the window to pay for our order, the employee would not even look at us and kept speaking with another employee regarding things that had nothing to do with work as far as we could tell. I tried handing him my card and finally I had to say “here you go.” For him to even pay attention to us. He said nothing, took my card, charged us, handed us our food and we left. We felt so unwelcome and like we were the biggest annoyance of their lives. With that being said, the donuts themselves were still really good and tasted like always! We just won’t be going back to this specific location on a Saturday anytime in the near future.

It was my little sisters birthday, and she was so excited to go to get donuts for her birthday! So we went to this location to get some. To get the free donuts for your birthday you must purchase something when I went up to the window the response that I got was “what do you want” not welcome to our location, not good morning how can I help you, just a “what do you want” I asked for a smore latte but the lady on the speaker didn’t like how I said “smore” after correcting me three times on how to say smore we got to the window, with the barcode ready I told her my sister had a barcode ready to get her, without even trying to scan anything she said “we cannot do it our system doesn’t allow us” I said nevermind and ordered my coffee and donuts online to get the birthday donuts because it worked on the app, as we walked in she was talking about my 15 year old sister and I about how we don’t understand the system and how even if the system allowed her to scan the barcode she wouldn’t of tried anyway. She saw us listening to her and without hesitation said “as I told you we cannot help you” I told her we ordered it on the app because it allowed me to, she then told her coworker to do the order and stormed off into the bathroom. The coworker did it and told me to enjoy my day. After all of that the donuts were horrible the glaze on them felt and looked like they have been sitting there for days, the coffee was also disgusting.

Moral of the story don’t go to this location and if you can’t say smore right the workers at the location will let you know and if it’s your birthday don’t expect the donuts there system can’t do it and they wouldn’t try anyway
