Great restaurant for small or large groups, with great food and service. Easy to schedule a reservation with Open Table with short notice.
We had a party of 18 for breakfast. Service was excellent, coffee was refilled often. We had 2 waitresses, both were friendly and efficient. We did separate bills per couple. The ladies did a wonderful job with that. The food was good, omelettes were huge and loaded. Would go back again for sure. Thank YOU Marcus Grill staff!
Went to a banquet at Marcus Grill on 11/22/25. Absolutely 2nd to none! The Polish selection of foods, tray after tray served family style to our tables left an ever-lasting impression and we will not only be back again and again, but we will also be sharing this dining experience with the many friends that we meet out for dinners at regular establishments throughout the Macomb County and Oakland County areas! The service only was a great compliment to our dining experience! They truly do go over and above and served the very best Polish Food I have experienced in the Macomb County area! BRAVO!
Local favorite. Family diner with a flair for the Polish. Yummy!

We actually went to this location yesterday (me and my Mother) for lunch. We got our table very quickly. I ended up ordering the cabbage soup, city chicken and vegetables. The cabbage soup came to our table very quickly, it actually tasted delicious. The city chicken was delicious too. The waitress was very nice and very fast with bringing our food to the table. I will visit this location again.

Manager failed at their job. (Food was great.) We dined as a family of 6. I only ate half my meal as I can’t eat very much at one sitting. Everyone but me finished their meals. Mine was the only carry out. I really wanted it. Lobster Benedict. It was expensive and great. I remembered my carry out was left on the table just as we exited the parking lot. I quickly turned around and ran in. It had been thrown in the garbage. I understand I left it on the table , but customer respect should give people a moment to return. This was so quick. The manager responded “sorry most people don’t return”. That doesn’t matter, I did return immediately. Would it not be good policy to pause a few minutes and give them a chance…. Then throw it if they don’t return in a couple of minutes. This was expensive and I am now hungry again and want my hard earned food. We travel up to Romeo two to three times a year and make a point to stop at this restaurant. In the least they could have offered a 10 dollar gift card. A certificate for that meal next time I come. Offer a different quick carry out so I have something to eat. Soup to go? A quick sandwich ? The more I think about it, the more disgusted I am with the management customer service and recovery of a problem. The meal was mine and it was thrown away in a matter of minutes. Actually as I walked back in , a neighboring customer said “hey you left your carry out”. So….. that quick. I did not want to escalate the situation, but I think management should have responded better to me and offered up something. They probably cleared the table when I was still in the parking lot with kids. Someone could have attempted action then also. Just be nice. Helpful. Customer service from management poor. My family will not return. Off the list. Update to my review. I appreciate that the owner responded with a desire to improve, but that still is not service recovery. They could have invited me to come in again and provide that meal complimentary. They would have sold a lot of dinners because my family is large and we eat out often at restaurants. Don’t think you really care that this happened

Had my husband’s 75th birthday party here with 40 people. Sit down dinner. Plate service. Everyone raved. Had salad, pasta, lemon chicken w/ plank potatoes. Loved our small private room closed off from the restaurant because we had 5 little kids running around. We didn’t need a mike to give all our toasts!

I was disappointed in the pierogies…they weren’t cooked very well….raw and greasy. The nerve to charge 3.99 per pierogie…wasn’t worth it!

Went here for an early dinner and got the 1/2 fish and chips. First time trying a vinegar based coleslaw and definitely was a great compliment to my meal. Very nice sized fish perfectly battered just was lacking flavor. Fries were just your regular frozen fries not terrible but again was lacking any seasoning. Ambiance was fit for older crowd of people, quiet music and only 2 TV’s in the dinner area. Service was great waitress was very attentive and everything came out very quick.
