First time at Mr. G's. We had reservations and were promptly seated. Immediately served water and waiter came and took our drink orders. Brought bread basket and drinks quickly. He told us about the specials. We were not rushed at all throughout our meal. We ordered the Oysters Rockefeller and Aged Prosciutto as an appetizer. The Oysters were terrific. We were the first guests upon opening. The rolls were from the day prior pretty sure, thank goodness the butter was good. Sushi roll didn't taste fresh either. The steaks (ribeye and filet) were prepared exactly as it should be. Sides were good, vegetables perfectly cooked. However, the pork tenderloin was dry even with the sauce. Teresa was a wonderful server. Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. We had the Tso shrimp! It was amazing. Cosmo and lemon drop from the bar with Tito's was excellent. We took our entrees home. I'll report back.
