First time at Mr. G's. We had reservations and were promptly seated. Immediately served water and waiter came and took our drink orders. Brought bread basket and drinks quickly. He told us about the specials. We were not rushed at all throughout our meal. We ordered the Oysters Rockefeller and Aged Prosciutto as an appetizer. The Oysters were terrific. Aged Prosciutto came with aged Parmesan, olives, and roasted peppers. Also delicious. A crisp Caesar salad was enjoyed and the Lobster Bisque was delicious. Our entrees were the 9 ounce filet with the creamy feta spinach. The steak was quite tender and the spinach tasty. The lobster pasta was excellent. Served with chunks of lobster mixed with the linguine and a small tail on top. The sauce was spicy and quite delicious. Great cocktails were enjoyed. We were quite full so we did not order dessert. Definitely an enjoyable experience. Beautiful restaurant with a nice ambience. Will definitely return!

We were the first guests upon opening. The rolls were from the day prior pretty sure, thank goodness the butter was good. Sushi roll didn't taste fresh either. The steaks (ribeye and filet) were prepared exactly as it should be. Sides were good, vegetables perfectly cooked. However, the pork tenderloin was dry even with the sauce. The chicken parm my mom didn't even eat, the sauce wasn't great and it was so breaded it was mushy. Our service was great, we didn't complain about the food but didn't take it to go when more than half the plate was left. Drinks were as expected. Cheesecake was great.

Teresa was a wonderful server. Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. We had the Tso shrimp! It was amazing. Cosmo and lemon drop from the bar with Tito's was excellent. We took our entrees home. I'll report back.

Mr. G's Chophouse Tonight's dish: Once again Head Chef Ali, Mario, am& the "crew" did it up again. My all time favorite: the Tomahawk Pork chop served over a savory medley of vegetables of spinach, mushrooms, green peppers & onions, garnished & sideline Parmesan crusted quartered potatoes. The Tomahawk style pork chop seared & grilled was covered in a bourbon & diced apple glaze to perfection. Paired with "Non Confunditur" glass of succulent red wine... Finally, a house specialty of a large delicacy of their Chocolate, strawberry covered cake... yes and paired with my favorite Capuchino doused with an elixir of Frangelico liqueur, a toasty Italian hazelnut flavor...

Really beautiful decor, delicious wine and food. friendly servers and manager. They really went out of their way to make it special for my daughters birthday ?. We will be back.

Some of our food was exceptional and some was under expectations. The pasta and steak our table received was above average. The mashed potatoes and fried fish on special was not the best I've had. The potatoes were extremely dry and flavorless. The fish was not crispy as advertised.

Pricing is terribly OVERPRICED! Drinks are outrageously price. $34 for a bourbon on the rocks. Be aware. This isn’t a high end dining location. It’s a strip mall restaurant. Food was tasty. Service was okay. But geez a $210 bill (without the tip yet) for 1 person’s dinner & two cocktails?! Yowza! Buyer beware.

Tomahak Steak was great, although a tad salty. Sushi was excellent. Oysters were a tad small but good. They accommodated a kid's dish, which was nice. Daughters have celiacs, so we had some issues with what was supposed to be gluten free. Wouldn't recommend for any Celiac people. We have lots of leftovers which is great. Service, besides what the chef's did for a supposed Gluten Free dish, was excellent.

We were sat prior to reservations which we appreciated since we arrived early. Staff was friendly. My cocktail was good. Bread basket had plenty of pieces but bread wasn't anything special and we did not care for the butter provided. Short rib appetizer was delicious....meat tender and sauce had incredible flavor. French onion soup was good as well. Lobster risotto was delicious and priced well for portion size. Chicken sandwich was tender and avocados were ripe and tasteful. It was served with fries that were cold and looked old. Server noticed and brought out new/hot ones without us ever saying anything. Took chocolate cake slice home and it was ok. Didn't consider this a fine dining experience but overall is good and I would return.

Emily was amazing! Polite and respectful! Ask for her next time you visit. Atmosphere was calm and collective giving you that intimate dining experience. Sushi was outstanding and drinks were superb. It was our first time there and will definitely be back.

This was my third time to Mr.G’s restaurant. Unfortunately all our food came out Luke warm. We didn’t say anything because we were with friends but normally I would. When you are spending over $250 for a night out you expect delicious hot food, great service and atmosphere. Our server was good even though she was busy. We likely will not come back because this isn’t the first time our food wasn’t warm. So disappointing!

Started off great. Server was so sweet. Loved the decor and ambience of the place. We were happy to get a delicious bread plate. Ahi tuna was very good. But our entrees were very disappointing. The filet and New York strip were both overcooked, dry, and no flavor. Had to drench in zip sauce to even eat. For the price charged for steaks I was hoping for much better quality and taste. Didn't care for the fries either. Way too much rosemary on them. However, the Mac n cheese was excellent and the lava cake was decent. Although there was no actual “lava” but more of a warm chocolate cake. Glad I asked for vanilla ice cream with it.
