i went in there and the food was alright but someone shot a load of mayo or somethin my my burger and it was sticky. there was also a rat in the kitchen who was in the fryer

Repeated complaints about this location. This place is the worst managed McDonald’s. Rude rude and rude. Manager has such an entitled attitude and completely lacks customer. She needs to be terminated. This owner is clueless in running his McDonald’s. Clearly absent in ownership.

I went through drive thru here like 2 weeks ago and this guy working the window opened the window and just stared at me for what was a good minute. He was like staring through me and smirking. It was terribly unsettling. Then he laughed and told me he was tired, closed the window, and went to go talk to his friends. It was about 4AM. When I got home my food was squished and a thumb crushed my hash brown. I knew more must have been done, so I just threw my food away and went to bed.

Every time we order from this place they don’t give us all our food. I’m tired of dealing with it. We are paying for food we don’t get. They are terrible. Go somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation. The food is terrible there anyway!

I've never left a review on the Internet in my 40 years. The only reason why I'm doing it now is because I ordered food for my 8 year old boy and thought I should get something for myself. I would rather speak to a person while making my order. Apparently that's not something they promote if you go into the actual business. Unfortunately for me they weren't about to read the data the large screen tablet told them. I decided that I'm actually going to inform them that my food was incorrect. It took 5 phone calls before they actually answered the phone and then the little lady apparently didn't like my tone after getting to repeat myself 3 times and told me they don't tolerate disrespect and started she wouldn't deal with me anymore. I've literally ran multiple businesses in the past 20 years.v I'm not gonna argue with her. I'm going to ensure that no one I'm related to or anyone I encounter while being an over the road truck driver ever stops at the McDonald's again

I received my food from the drive thru, noticed the food was cold, asked if I could get a fresh order, and the drive thru employee looked at me as if I asked for something outrageous. He immediately began to scream and said "YOU GOT YOUR FOOD, NOW LEAVE MY EFFEN DRIVE THRU". Avoid this location, I highly recommend not coming to this location.

I ordered 2 sweet and sour sauces and they only gave me 1. When I asked for my second sauce the manager argued with me saying I have to pay for a second one. Okay? I don't care if I have to pay for it, but give me what I ordered? And don't argue with me? I can't imagine pissing off a customer over 40 cents.
