Extremely rude at the drive thru. Where do you find these people? Do you train them in basic manners? I received my food from the drive thru, noticed the food was cold, asked if I could get a fresh order, and the drive thru employee looked at me as if I asked for something outrageous. He immediately began to scream and said "YOU GOT YOUR FOOD, NOW LEAVE MY EFFEN DRIVE THRU". Avoid this location, I highly recommend not coming to this location.

I ordered 2 sweet and sour sauces and they only gave me 1. When I asked for my second sauce the manager argued with me saying I have to pay for a second one. Okay? I don't care if I have to pay for it, but give me what I ordered? And don't argue with me? I can't imagine pissing off a customer over 40 cents.

I went to this McDonald's during the summer when I get home I realized the guy at the window charged me way too much money so went to McDonald's to see if the manager would give me a refund. The lady who was the manager went out of control and started screaming at me.. there were a few words exchanged between me and her. I called corporate to let them know what happened but the store owner never ever called me back to give me the extra money that was owed to me.

Waited to be acknowledged at the drive thru, only car there... another car pulled up and was immediately waited on. I said HELLO? and was replied to with OK. Uhm, can I place my order? "Go ahead'. I said may I please have two filet o'fish sandwiches and was told "OK you are wanting two combos'. I replied NO, just two sandwiches. He then asked me what drinks with my combos. I said no and drove off. As I drove past the window, the guy was hanging out, both hands in the air, yelling at me. It's the closest McDonald's to me but nobody needs this BS.
I ordered around 2:00 to 3:00, and they slammed a shake into a Hi-C cup, in the literal sense. And they left a mess. Their night crew is sloppy, unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful. I would not suggest ordering from here. Hope y'all get what's coming to you.
