I ordered the ribs w fries and Mac n cheese..my husband ordered the steak w potato wedges and the BBQ pork n beans. My husband asked for medium well. The steak arrived w one side cooked medium and the other side close to raw. He did enjoy the beans. I have to say the ribs were moist but not the fall off the bones good. The Mac n cheese was creamy but on the bland side. We were not impressed with this restaurant.

First of all I placed in order to be picked up at 8:10 and I was there at 8:10 the order was ready but unfortunately the wings were cold so I'm not sure what time they prepared them also I ordered jumbo wings and they look like regular wings and not jumbo he's had to be the smallest looking wings I've ever seen I was very disappointed to received cold food especially when I was there on time and I only live a few minutes from the store waste of $20 also to mention that the door to the pickup area was locked and I had to have a customer come over and let me in

My first time going in Smokey bones today I’ve heard phenomenal things about this place. I wasn’t to sure what to get and Jordan helped me decide her attitude was phenomenal and she made me feel welcomed. She suggested the smoked brisket and smoked wings 10/10 i will go here a million more times.

Disappointing and Overpriced Experience
Tried Smokey Bones BBQ last night and ordered their $45 BONE Fire meal, expecting a hearty spread for 3 people they said. What we got was laughable—6 French fries, 5 rib bones, 4 tiny 1-inch steak pieces, 4 wings, a few scraps of chicken, plus half a sausage with 3 small colorful peppers and onions.
All served on a table-top fake BBQ grill with a tiny briquette and some sage to create a smoke effect. What a gimmick...
The menu picture made it look like a feast, but what showed up wouldn’t fill-up one average guy, let alone three people as claimed. With drinks and cornbread, this sad little meal ran us $70! Never again this place.
To top it off, our waitress kept apologizing (three separate times) because she forgot about us repeatedly throughout our meal. It was awkward and frustrating.
Overall, Smokey Bones really missed the mark repeatedly. We left hungry, annoyed, and wondering how this place gets away with charging so much for so little.
