The staff is nice, but the portions are noticeably smaller than at other Taco Bell locations. I am not sure if that is a kitchen issue or a management issue, but when I go to the location down the street, the food is much better. Still, this spot is convenient when I am in the area.

This place is slacking off or they had a bad worker today. I ordered a bean burrito with cheese and sour cream I paid a dollar something for sour cream and all I got was a tiny speck of it I didn't see hardly any cheese in it and they didn't even give me a napkin not too happy today

Went through the drive thru around 2pm my husband asked for some sauce and the person working the drive thru took the bag from him and tossed it on the counter and put some sauce back in it and handed it back with a complete attitude keep in mind we were not once asked if we wanted sauce to begin with. Once we opened the bag the food was everywhere in the bag completely unwrapped I know this is fast food and I don’t expect 5 star service but I don’t think you should put someone who gets hotheaded at a simple request in the drive thru to interact with customers.

I give this place zero stars‼️ they got mad that I ordered a forty dollar order and jumped my chips in the bottom of the bag and through the rapper over the top and dumped my fries in the bottom of the back and just threw the box in there.... I first took the friars and picked my up, and put them in the box, but then I seen exactly how my chips was.And I seen it was intentionally done..... Horrible place , the guy will glasses that work night shift and whoever else needs to be fired‼️‼️‼️

I am so disappointed in the service I received today. I did a pickup order after 11 am. When I arrived there were 2 cars ahead of me. When I approached the speaker the lady seemed to have a bad attitude. I'm not sure what happened, but I didn't appreciate it. I've been to 2 other locations and they always ask me to verify my order on the screen. The screen flashed so fast, and nothing was said but, pull forward to the 2nd window. I ordered 2 boxes and when I received my order everything was tossed in a big bag. It was a mess to separate. Then to add more to the negative experience, my nephew's order of soft tacos were wet and full of grease. I didn't have the energy to return but please do better with your customer service!

I ordered 3 things I only got 1 correct item. ICE COLD, by the way. I should not have to re heat anything in my air fryer but here we are. I’m not usually one to complain but this is ridiculous. $$$ down the drain :(
