Very rare to find authentic Italian margherita made with traditional sourdough methods. Sourdough is healthy because through fermentation the anti-nutrient phytic acids that are found in wheat are neutered.

This is up there with the best neopolitian pizza in Metro Detroit. Similar to the Supino's and Mootz's of the area- which are some of the best. This it light, crispy, savory and unpretentiously delicate. The salad was also excellent. Did not try their NY or Chicago pie, but I'm sure they would be great. It's a pizza you pair with wine, not beer or soda.
