Just went through drive through, drove up to window after sitting well over 5 Mins and nobody saying anything. We said hello several times. Drove up. Said they were doing a drawer change... Maybe they should say one moment please. Not a big deal. Drive up. Put our order in. Missing a chicken nugget order. Had to wait to be acknowledged again. Never rang it in. Had to pay again. purchase gone wrong. Went through the drive thru and ordered. Got my order and asked for 1 sauce and was scolded telling me next time it would be .27. Really? I just spent $20
On food and now you want to charge me for 1 sauce? Didn’t ask for ketchup or anything. Pull away and the kid to my daughters drink wasn’t on all the way so we missed a party because the drink spilled all over her and my car. Very disappointed. Arrived around 9:45 pm for them to shut off the lights as we are talking to them being told there is a system update. How inconvenient for it to happen during your business hours.
