I ordered a double crust topping which I KNOW is free so it shouldn't be an issue; BUT don't offer something if it can't or won't be done. People were expecting flavors that weren't included, I paid and now have unhappy guests because I failed on MY promise due to HH failure to complete the order. Again I get it's free but this was online very obvious no miscommunication etc.

Just never order from from, save your money. When you offer delivery you’ll be waiting hours and hours and then it will switch from them to door dash delivery. Next the food is cold when you receive it. The kitchen never wears gloves just don’t go her. I ordered today at 1:48 and now no food is no where to be found at 2:43 on a regular Thursday

I just wanted to say, their bbq chicken pizza is the best thing I've had in so long. It's like thanksgiving dinner, or a summer bbq in a pizza ? ?
I occasionally splurge and order pickup from here with extra toppings. They always prepare the pizza with care, and get the order correct. Staff greets me and is kind.

I ordered 2 pizzas for my granddaughter birthday party, the thin crust pizza was hard and over cooked. The regular pepperoni was dry . I also ordered a bbq grilled chicken and it was hard too. The kids didn’t even like it.
Terrible they stole my money! I ordered a pizza for delivery and it NEVER came I called the next day and no one ever contacted me back to resolve the issue even after the so called manager said the store manger would contact me
