The young lady that answered the phone was rude and not very informative. I have called this location as well as other locations and asked for a Supreme pizza and I was given the works. This young lady took my order and gave me what she wanted which was the Howie's special. When i called back to ask questions she hung up in my face. This happen on a Monday night around 830 so i foubt there was a line out the door. If that is not on the menu then she should have told me and asked what I was looking for so I could get the correct pizza.

I picked up a pizza only to realize once I got home that the ticket for my food was placed on someone elses pizza. I tried to call the store twice to explain the mix up but they would not answer the phone. I had to drive all the way back to return the pizza as I couldn't eat it. They took the incorrect pizza back but told me that they didnt have any more dough to make my pizza. My money was refunded but I wasted my time and my gas and was not even offered any incentive.

Went in for lunch special to go to help my kids class win a pizza party. Dude behind the counter was attentive and helpful. He told me my sub would be up in 10 mins or so. It was done well before 10 minutes and he brought it out to me. Other fast food joints in the area need to take some notes from this cat! Keep up the great work Howie dude! I'll definitely be back.

Ordered pizza at 6:09, was told it would be delivered in 45-55 minutes. Called back at 7:30 to figure out where my order was. The manager was rude, and didn't care that it had been that amount of time. Tried to tell me, that door dash pick it up 20 minutes ago. I dont care for door dash and never order through them to begin with. It's now 7:50 and still no food. So I amuse it's just not coming at all. I dont want $50.00 in food delivered after riding around for a hour or more just to be cold. Never again!

I don’t know who is a District Manager or this company has running this hungry Howies in Belleville Michigan but I can tell you right now the customer service and I just had is very rude and disrespectful. He told me one time my staff will be ready turned out that I’m sitting here for an additional 2535 minutes everybody else walking and walking out. I walked back in and I access man in here at the counter and he told me it’s in the oven and that’s all I’m gonna tell you I want a response back from the district manager and also on top of that I waited for over 40 minutes for my food and it’s not even hot
