The worst Tim Hortons around & always inconsistent, you never know how your beverage is going to look/taste. They’re lazy & make cold brews like they would iced coffee- they’re 2 different drinks. If I’m paying almost $5 for a medium cold brew I don’t wanna see a 2 inch layer of vanilla flavoring settling at the bottom of the cup. Don’t get me started on the way they make iced capps. Skip this location.

I have been ordering the same mobile pickup coffee everyday for 3 years on my way to work in the morning . I order it 40 minutes before I arrive . At least twice a week I show up and they throw the receipt out and the order isn’t there and I sit for 10 minutes waiting for a coffee . Today they couldn’t find my order (again ) . The rep working the front desk right Infront of me lied to my face I watched her pour the coffee into the cup and put the lid on and I asked twice if espresso was in there and she said yes and walked away . I physically saw her not put it . Very disorganized on weekends . Poor customer service and always and excuse . Won’t be using this timmies anymore

Worst Tim’s around. On the rare occasion I visit there, they can’t ever get an order right. Even after clarifying the order at the window, they still got half the order wrong, which was the part they clarified at the window. (I have changed my rating and edited this review as I made a mistake the first time around).

You guys need to update the website to the correct hours I was just at this location the hours say that they open at 4:30 a.m. it is currently I'm trying to get the attention of someone in the building I don't know if they're smoking in the back or screwing each other in the back but if you're not open turn the damn lights off and change the hours. 9/22/24 5:04 am

I rarely write bad reviews I use to love tim hortons and this location. Is right on my way home from work food and service both going down hill here drive through dosent know menu and sometimes gives whatever they feel like giving you with a smile and that's fine I won't be back

Beware! Gave me bad creamer, got all the way home. Drove all the way back, they knew it was bad creamer because an employee was walking in creamer as I pulled up. The manager Teresa didn’t care about the inconvenience or the severity of possibly getting me sick, at all. Very dismissive. Look at the photos attached. Why is it that these places play victim as if they are the customer and we are the employees! Do better with customer service. It’s pathetic. I won’t be back. If you want good coffee head to the crafted beanery.
