The drive thru is supposed to be open at 4:30am everyday. I waited in line to try and place an order at 5:10am and after 15 minutes no one had still come to the speaker in fact someone peaked out the back door when there were 3 cars waiting. If you’re going to say you’re open at 4:30 then be open and take customer orders we all have to be at work as well. So either find people to work at the time you indicate or don’t say you’re open.

I didn't realized that Tim Hortons sell bagels and doughnuts until the mini doughnuts were given out at The University of Michigan at Dominos Farm. I went inside Tim Hortons and it was so clean, and the girls at the register was so kind. This will be my go-to spot from now on.

The food usually tastes great, service can be hit or miss. Staff does not give bags for drive thru lunch orders, they hand out multiple containers which makes it difficult to carry away. (best to stick with only donuts)

I ordered an online order at 9:22am, have work at 10am. It’s currently 9:49am and I have yet to get my two coffees. I’ve watched over 20 people get their orders. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Two days in a row making me late to work because I can’t get a refund for an online order otherwise.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. While waiting in line the manager (I think) was screaming at an employee about not getting a donut fast enough. I have never seen a “leader” be so unprofessional. They need to re-evaluate who they have leading their staff. I will not be returning to a business that treats their staff so poorly, and over something so small. They should be ashamed.
