If I could leave a 0 star I would. While waiting in line the manager (I think) was screaming at an employee about not getting a donut fast enough. I have never seen a “leader” be so unprofessional. They need to re-evaluate who they have leading their staff. I will not be returning to a business that treats their staff so poorly, and over something so small. They should be ashamed.

overall friendly staff, but they've gotten my order wrong almost every single time i visit. no other location besides this one gets my order wrong, not sure why.

Such a disappointing behaviour from all the staff. The drive thru service it's the worst I ever had on belleville road shops. Today was the last time I used this location, very disrespectful and they should not work here, they ruin the name of Tim Hortons where the products are good. Such a shame. I asked for a iced latte and they gave me iced coffee, when I mention that I didn't ask for iced coffe they just added milk on it and it was so strong that I couldn't drink it. Most important: they are malicious with foreigners, such a bad thing!

I walked in to get a few donuts around 8am on a Saturday. The drive through was steady with about 3-4 cars and a constant flow of traffic in and out. The young lady that served me at the counter was friendly and fast. And the rest of the crew were team working the steady drive through. My donuts were fresh, sweet and yummy.

Out of all the Tim Hortons in my area, this is by far my favorite and I don't mind going the extra miles for it. They have the best prices in the area, always friendly and good food/drinks.

Horrible customer service, don’t want to be there but want money… I came in to do some work/writing and have a coffee at 5 pm and the girls working were continuously complaining that I was there at that time acting like I’m bothering them. I heard at one point, “ there’s other places to do that” I ignored it… I like to sit and have a coffee and write.. mind my own business.. They don’t close til 8pm and I’m by myself, very polite and quiet. I’m not making a mess, I clean up after myself. Very disappointed. They did everything they could to make it an uncomfortable place. Rawsonville location is my favorite! I love Tim HORTONS atmosphere. Not this one in Belleville
