Stopped in for a quick afternoon visit. Greeted at the drive through by a very unprofessional young lady taking my order. Very rude in her responses and it seemed like something might be wrong with her from a mental standpoint. Took much longer than usual to make it to the window and when I do they dropped my order on the floor and told me they didn’t have anymore of what I ordered after I already paid. I let the young man working the window know I wasn’t very happy about that but took what he offered. The same rude maybe challenged in some way girl who was taking the order initially just stared at me and kept say hello in a very annoying tone like she was trying to get me to react in a negative way. Might want to make sure you screen your applicants a little better before letting someone run the window that clearly has mental challenges.

Got a Carmel ice cappuccino they put so much whip cream I couldn't even taste the ice cappuccino they usually ask if I want whip or not and I didn't even taste the caramel that's the whole point of the caramel ice

The customer service is terrible! They are always rude except for a handful of people. The French Vanilla is always weak and when I come in for either another one or a refund, the manager and some of the staff has attitudes about it. The price went up but the quality went down.

Great Customer Service and excited to go back tomorrow!Parking: There is plenty of parking and they have parking in the front and along the side of the building.Kid-friendliness: They have some cute items for kids. The staff here, whose names I regrettably didn't catch, made me feel like a valued guest, not just another customer passing through.As for the coffee, it was nothing short of perfection, but what truly stood out was the personal touch. It felt like they knew exactly how I liked my coffee, even though I don't visit regularly. That kind of attention to detail is a rare find. For lunch, I had one of their sandwiches, and it was prepared with care and precision. It was clear that these folks take pride in delivering high-quality food to their patrons, whether it's morning or noon.In a world where fast food can sometimes feel impersonal, this Tim Hortons and its exceptional team have restored my faith in outstanding customer service.
